Wow - slowest service I have ever seen. Two people in front of me, took nearly half an hour. Not sure if Staff spoke any English at all. Just grunts noise at them. Poor lady behind me got wrong mustard put on due to linguistic issue and then staff refused to swap and clear said something angry in spanish when she chose to walk out after trying politely to explain the issue. Well I didn't know what to expect since I haven't been to a subway in a long time. I enjoy my experience there. The lady was nice, and made my sandwich in a good time not in a rush bc a lot can go wrong when you're rushing. My sandwich was really good I enjoy it a lot I'm mean I taste everything and I ate it later instead when it was hot since I was working. I order a tuna sandwich with cheese bread, shredded cheese, toasted, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions and barbecue sauce foot long. I had 6 cookies also didn't know they had a foot long cookie. The sandwich was really juicy, the tuna and the veggies went great and a hint of barbecue sauce when I bite into my sandwich. I'll order the same thing next time and see if honey mustard will add more flavor to it. read more

It took me 50 min by bus to reach this shop. The two employees spoke English as a second language and they were difficult to understand and were wearing masks. The person who made my two sandwiches was so slow it was more than annoying. I had fifteen minutes before my return bus would arrive and no matter how I pleaded the clerk was determined to make sure I would miss it. And I did, of course. The sandwich was not toasted despite my request so the bun was a lousy ball of dough with every bite. I will NEVER patronize this shop again. I advise others to do the same. read more

I was at this restraunt on 4/6/2018 and I was having to deal with the sandwitch makers who acted as though they were too stoned to make a simple sandwitch. The lady who put things on my sandwitch just started piling everything on my sandwitch and I had to ask her to stop and ask me what I wanted. I got my sandwitch and while I was paying the senior member of the sandwitch line crew refused a man service telling him he could not get a sandwitch without bread. I pointed out that he was actually ordering the "Turn it into a salad" option and should honor his request, the two women rudely and cruelly refused. It wasn't like the guy was rude or anything, he was very polite, these two women just were being smilingly mean. This Subway is just like any other, so this rating is for the staff. I eat here at least once a week for lunch. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and fast. I've seen them team up to clear a packed line in quick time. There are some reviews saying nasty things about the woman who always works there and they are simply not true. I used mobile order to get a sandwich on my way to work. By the time I got an opportunity to eat it, when I opened it, it was on the wrong bread, which I can't eat. I made the mistake of giving them another chance and ordered again on my way to work again a few days later. Opened the sandwich-- surprise! Wrong bread. I went in a few days later to get a refund or replacement, but the employees were rude and refused to help me and said no manager was available. I called a few days later and was told no manager was on duty. I reached out to subway's customer support and was told the owner would contact me within two days. Never heard from her so I stopped in again. The same employees told me the manager wasn't there (do they even HAVE a manager? Isn't there an assistant manager?!) and wouldn't help me. I was given the manager's personal number, but when I tried to call it, it was turned off. Seriously, this whole problem could have been resolved by making me replacement sandwiches. I don't get why that didn't cross these employees' minds. Pretty basic customer service. read more

I had the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant in my entire life. The staff there is so rude, they have been rude in the past and I just brushed it off. There online ordering system didn't work for what ever reason but I was already charged for the sandwich and they refused to give me the sandwich or even help me get the phone number of customer service to get it straightened out. She thought I was trying to steal a sandwich. If this could be negative stars it would! I am appalled at Subway's service in the north pointe shopping center in SF. The man in front of me asked for his sandwich fixings on the paper with with no bread because he's allergic and the lady told him to get out because they don't do that. He's with a crew of guys that just spent like $100 here. He then asked for it like a salad and she refused him and is on the phone with corporate trying to kick him out. He was never rude or short with her. He's patiently waiting while she's on the phone with corporate because she has a bad attitude.
