There are definitely some frustrating things, though. At least half the time I order a cherry limeade, something is off with the Sprite and the drink just doesn't taste right. The fryer oil also tastes old sometimes, which obviously doesn't do the food any favors. The app can be frustrating too. They're pushing you to order through it for the deals and rewards, but we've ordered things that weren't available and then been told they couldn't refund us. A lot of the stalls also seem to be out of service, so you end up pulling into one, realizing it doesn't work, backing out, and trying another. But at the end of the day, it's Sonic. We go for a cheap burger, some tots, and because I apparently refuse to give up on my love of cherry limeades. We'll keep going, but if somebody else around here starts making a good cherry limeade, Sonic might be in trouble.

Our food comes out, our orders are right, and for Taco Bell, I'd say the food here is actually above average. With the introduction of the $5 Luxe Box, Taco Bell has unfortunately become a go-to option for our family more often than I'd like to admit. I think some of that probably plays into how people feel about this location. If I'm judging it simply against other McDonald's locations, I really don't have many complaints. The restaurant has always been clean when I've taken my kids, our orders have generally been correct, and the food is what you expect from McDonald's. Occasionally we've waited longer than expected for fries or another fried item, but nothing crazy. My one real complaint is eating inside. If you go inside, expect to wait. It feels like McDonald's in general is putting most of its attention toward the drive-thru and mobile orders these days, and you definitely get that feeling here. Even getting a drink refill can be more of a hassle than it should be. Other than that, I haven't experienced many of the problems I've seen mentioned in other reviews. It's clean, the orders are usually right, and it's reliable. At the end of the day, it's McDonald's. I'm going there because I want some fries, a drink, or something quick, and this location does that just fine.
