great customer service and good food! The guy with the dyed hair is very nice... and hot! The subway was clean as well.

I'm not one to leave bad reviews but, I was charged more money than I was supposed to pay and didn't get my change. That's all. read more

Ok, got a coupon and thought I'd try it again Service: a bit slow. Not sure why, as they essentially have a production line. I think it's the toasting that slows everything. But, it is what it is Food: it's a subway. Don't expect fine dining. The sandwiches are what you'd expect The interior is clean but dated Overall, if you're in the mood for a sub this is a good choice if you have their coupons I struggled for rating. Wish I could give it 3 1/2. It's not really a 4 and not really a 3 read more

Came in with my family after a hike in PV.. the ladies were very nice and helpful. Place is very clean. Definitely will stop again.

This location is great! Clean and consistent with the Subway brand. The food is always fresh as well. Great vibe and ambiance. The team provides excellent customer service. Brenda and Fara provide excellent customer service and are really awesome! read more

Best experience ever!!!! I walked into this subway at 8pm and ordered 8 sandwiches for my family. Usually ordering that much food gets me angry stares and annoyed responses. The two women working at this location were kind, friendly, cheerful and gracious. After they made all 8 sandwiches they even thanked us for choosing this subway location and said they hope to see us return. I will choose to return to this subway over and over again. read more

Like all the Subway stores in the South Bay, order a tuna sub, watch them apply tuna like it is butter or mayonnaise-- as thin as they can make it. So overpriced, so insulting to the customer. For years. No wonder people hate Subway. Total rip-off. read more

The store always looks nice and clean, and the food is always fresh. This is one of the best Subway's I have been to. I'm picky about how I want my sandwiches made and the ladies are always very friendly and helpful. read more

Worst.Subway.Ever * No friendly greeting from the staff upon arrival. * I ordered a 6 inch ham egg and cheese. I was given egg white and not asked if I wanted whole egg. * My husband ordered a steak egg and cheese and was also given egg white and not asked if he wanted whole egg. * When it came time for veggies we were told we could only have a total of three, and lettuce and tomato only - never had this happen before. We were not told we could have it if we paid extra. * We asked the woman helping us why there was a limit to veggies and we were told "the breakfast sandwiches are cheap and this is how my boss wants it" * Overall the woman helping us was rude and hard to understand. She acted like we were an inconvenience to her. She was also not very kind to the tall dark haired young man who was working with her. She was abrupt and curt when speaking to him and he looked unhappy. She needs to be counseled for this behavior and we will not "eat fresh" at this Subway again. read more

Ordering via their app is simple and quick. I was able to find a buy one foot long, get one free offer today online, so that was an awesome deal! I got a roasted chicken sub, and you can customize your bread choice and fillings really easily on the app. I walked in and picked up my order from the shelf without having to speak to anyone there. The sandwich tasted pretty good, and each footlong is enough for 2 meals, so I pretty much got 4 meals for $8.97 :) read more

Subway - Oven Roasted Chicken footlong on Italian herb & cheese bread - Fast Food Near Me - Rolling Hills Estates, California

Frequently stop by this location for lunch due to the convenience and close proximity to workplace. Never had an issue with this Subway until today - One of the worst customer service I've ever received. Staff named "Maribel" needs to be spoken to about her behavior. She asked what I wanted in my sub, "lettuce, tomato, cucumber" - she asked again and again which I had to repeat myself 3 times. I then asked for "light mayo" and guess what, I got more than light. At that point, I expressed my disappointment and told her she needs to please listen. Rather than admitting fault, she turned it around and started giving me attitude, and even threw my sub at the counter (review cameras and you can see how the sub was tossed and came out of the bag). I pointed to my sub so she can be self aware of what she just did, again non-apologetic. Store manager, please DM me if you like more details. But I will not return again because of this "Maribel" read more

So let me get this straight. Subway raised their prices, and now asks for a tip, and includes the tip into their employees wages so they don't have to pay more than minimum wage? I just bought a sandwich for the price I'd pay at a nice restaurant. Subway, I am boycotting you. People need to do something about this. read more

The service was great but I got sick after eating here. Never again will I go to another subway again.

This local subway has always been a "go to" for me and provides service at its best! Brenda is extremely helpful, kind, accommodating and a true professional. Thank you for providing the best customer service and for preparing the best sandwiches!! read more

Ordered two footling subs today for pick-up, 1 Grilled Chicken and 1 Steak and Cheese. The receipt printout attached to my pick-up order confirms that I asked that both subs have cheese. When I got home, I discovered both subs were missing cheese. We all make mistakes but some mistakes are just ridiculously unlikely if you are, at a bare minimum, awake and mostly present at work. I don't know how someone can be employed by Subway and prepare the "Steak and Cheese" sub without including cheese. That's like the time I went to see a dentist ("dentist") that I found on Yelp and she couldn't see any problems until I, the patient, pointed out the cavity to her. read more

OMG! DO NOT GO HERE!!! GO TO THE ONE ON HAWTHORNE/PV DR SOUTH. We order 4 BLT's. We called in the order & spelled out the ingredients. No lettuce on every sandwich! Give me an effen break. Sad enough they work in a sandwich place & don't know what BLT stands for. My daughter's ham sandwich was replaced w tasteless steak. If you insist going there, don't call in your order! They effed up 5 of my 6 sandwiches. The owner better get a clue in his training program!!!!! read more

Foods what's expected , the subway app never works so the convenience of ordering ahead is not there. Always offline on subway app.

Ordered the Ultimate BMT. I noticed the preparer didn't follow the menu item and I ask for 2X provolone. so she checked the menu and added more cheese. I ask her not to charge me as it was on the menu. I also asked her not to put in tomatoes. She said the menu has tomatoes and if I didn't want them, she would charge me for the cheese. So if I didn't want tomatoes she would charge me to not put them in. I am beginning to dislike subway. Another subway store charged me for 2X the cheese although it stated 2X provolone. read more

Okay I have given them so many times to get my mobile order right! They never do by the comment section so beware of that! They basically put whatever they want on the sandwich. This will be the last time I come here let alone place a mobile order! The people that work there are nice, but how hard is it to read an order. read more

Worst subway location ever, and rude employees. My dog doesn't like it too. Throw it and went to the other subway

This place is hit or miss but usually just average. The service is pretty meh and even the sandwiches here are quite average. One time I was ordering a sandwich and I saw that all the tomatoes looked pretty icky. Sure enough, I took a bite and it was awful. Also, it's interesting that Subway tauts that they are fresh but yet what they really do is just leave a bunch of meat and vegetables lying on a table for an entire day. read more

I had been served everything that I ordered including a piece of hair in my sandwich. Honestly saw this coming when I saw that the worker was putting her mask on and not bothered to washing her hands then just casually putting her gloves on and helped the customers. Never coming back to this store again p.s please reference to the food safety please u could get people sick read more

Their sliders are a total rip-off. Italian slider: two pieces of pepperoni and a tiny cheese triangle. Cheesesteak slider: one teaspoon (not tablespoon) of meat and a tiny cheese. Asked for lettuce on the Italian and they said they'd have to charge me the price of a six-inch sub which is like a $2+ charge for lettuce! For being a so-called healthier restaurant chain they sure skimp on the veggies. No charge for extra lettuce, tomatoes and onions at In-n-Out. read more

I just really love Subway in general. Every time I eat Subway, I know that day was good. I order a ham & swiss with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, spinach, and light Mayo on Italian herbs and cheese (toasted). It's been my favorite taste in the world since I was little. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Go to the location on PV Drive W/Hawthorne Blvd. this location is terrible!! I use mobile apps a lot these days after covid to just be able to walk in and grab your food. The employees at this location DO NOT KNOW HOW TO READ. They literally print out an order receipt that shows what you want on your sandwich and they still get it wrong. I literally order a Turkey Bacon Avocado sandwich which is the TITLE of the sandwich and I got home to find NO bacon or avocado!! The next time I ordered a Tuna sandwich with cheese and I paid $2 extra for avocado and I took off the bell peppers and I got NO CHEESE OR AVOCADO and the sandwich had bell peppers on it. I fill out the survey after I received the order both times and got the same automated message saying sorry and we'll refund the $2 you paid extra. NO THANKS. I won't go to this Subway again. TERRIBLE ATTITUDE AND TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. read more

SUBWAY! the place to hit for a quick, fast, "healthy", delicious, fulling meal! caution: don't get the "chicken breast".. it came out to be HALF of the footlong sandwich & didn't even taste like chicken. i'm still wondering what they gave me... recommend: MEATBALL MARINARA FOOTLONG SUB! mmmmm.... but if you're thinking healthy, this is probably the worst choice. you might as well head to taco bell, burger king, or panda express that's just a few feet away. if you want healthy & delicious, go for the: - turkey footlong: they give a generous amount of turkey & toppings, just not the salad (iceberg lettuce) part. you can actually order this w/o any condiments/sauces because it still tastes incredibly good (AND FRESH!) - sweet onion teriyaki chicken: mmmm, you can't go wrong on this order. just simply delicious & you still feel the "healthy" part of it. they open at 7 am so it's a great place to go for a quick meal on-the-go if you're in a rush or all the other restaurants are closed. they have tables outside if you can't wait to devour your sub. i don't blame you, after watching your meal being made in front of you, you're almost on the verge to ask the employee to just give you the sandwich rather than go through the trouble of wrapping it up all nicely. healthy? most items aren't. fact is, most people come here ordering subs that are higher in calories than a whopper at burger king. so their whole slogan of eating healthy & losing weight isn't true.. unless if you order their wrap. and only eat that for the whole day. their slogan "eat fresh" is definitely true. all their ingredients are really fresh. i was actually suprised because i'd expected some skimpy pieces of lettuce or fake meat or decaying tomatoes because it is a fast food joint, but noooo. subway proved me wrong. but then still & again, don't order the chicken patty. ew. everything else was.. fresh & delish! edit// don't try ordering the 6". if you're like me, that is not even close to filling me up. i keep whining for more. do yourself the favor & order the footlong! heck, order two footlongs!! inside: very clean for a fast food restaurant, a few tables & chairs, a soda machine w/ plenty of choices to choose from, a display of different meats, condiments, cookies, toppings, and breads, an oven behind the cash register, and a life-size cardboard photo of Jared Fogle. read more

I have mixed feelings. While the food is amazing, I never got on a train. I wasn't even escorted to a platform. But nevertheless they had some of the best sandwiches I've ever had. I got to eat it on a bus. read more

This is probably the best Subway I have ever been to. It is consistently clean and tidy, with someone always working on improving the cleanliness of the establishment. Workers are friendly and welcome you with warm smiles, especially Hameeda. Hameeda was to one to make my sandwich and I have to say that it was the cleanest, neatest, tastiest Subway sandwich I have ever laid my tastebuds on. Hameeda was and extremely diligent and amicable worker that made my Subway experience an amazing one. I cannot stress with words how much I enjoyed the meal that was prepared for me and the people that made it. Well done, Subway. You should definitely give worker, Hameeda, a raise. read more

My disappointment with this Subway was in the selection of $5 footlongs. Each Subway gets to pick which sub they will carry. Unfortunately, this one neither carries the seafood sensation nor does it have it in the $5 footlong menu. I had to spend my hard $5 bucks and an extra 1 for the Tuna. Sigh. Otherwise Subway in general are my favorite. read more

Ordered a sandwich and the only part of the sandwich that should of been toasted was the bacon. I do not order my sandwiches toasted. I did not enjoy the toasted because the bread was dried out because it was toasted. The sandwich was not remade. Was waiting for the manager but he never came out. How do contact Subway through the App? I need a 800#. I still gave 4 stars for speedy delivery just minus 1 star because I asked for NOT TOASTED. read more

I come to this subway frequently and 9 out of 10 times I usually have a great experience. They are quick and are very gracious with the amount of veggies they put in your sub. Sometimes it does get a little packed in this subway, although it's rare and even if there is a line it moves pretty quickly. I recently had an experience where I never mentioned to put any mayo and the young man put mayo.. probably a brain cramp, but that's okay I will continue to go to this subway! read more

I frequent this location a lot, even during Covid. However, I have been disappointed recently. Two weeks ago, my wife found a long strand of black hair in her sub that I had picked up. I blew this off as a one time event. However, last week, I picked up my own sub and I had TWO long black hairs in my sub! How is it possible that I've had hair in my sandwiches TWO weeks in a row? It's pretty much turned me off from this location. read more

Subway is a reliable consistent eatery. It's basically fast food, but at least you can eat somewhat healthy. To do so, I would recommend the salad bowls. Otherwise you will find yourself eating too much bread. Anyway, pretty standard and pretty consistent. This place gets very busy and can be packed during lunch times. The one good thing about it is that it is open late. This is a real positive considering it is difficult to find things that are open late in this area. read more
