I love chicken maison and always have a good experience. I usually get the maison special salad which is amazing but I'm in the early stages of pregnancy and food is a bit of a struggle these days. I ordered the chicken and veggie kabob hoping for a nice balanced meal and was disappointed to see the size of the veggie kabob. Seeing how large the chicken skewer is (and paying $18 for the plate!) I was expecting an equally large veggie kabob. As you can see in the photos that is not the case. Still love chicken maison and will not dock more than one star because they have always been 5 stars! Would just love to see as many veggies as there is chicken. Edit: the veggies were all raw! The zucchini, mushroom, and pepper were hard. Like they weren't even grilled at all! This is one of my go-to spots for takeout for family dinner or when we have guests over. They have several locations and this one is actually not my favorite because they tend to forget things. For example, I asked for utensils but they forgot to put them in. One time they also did a mix of dark and white meat when I paid extra for only white meat. A couple minor mishaps like that but overall they are pretty consistent especially in terms of flavor and how fast your order is ready. It's usually ready in 10-15 min. I always call my order in ahead of time and it's always ready by the time I drive there. Our go to order is their Chinese chicken salad (so good!!) and their original whole chicken with baked potato and hummus. The chicken is always so moist and juicy. I accidentally placed a phone order at another location, only to realize it after I showed up at the PV location and they told me they could not find my order. The manager (short cut brown-haired gent who could not be older than mid-20s) and the cashier handled the situation so gracefully! They assured me that it happens often and not only quickly got my order started but called the other location to inform them of my mistake. I ordered my usual, and not only did they give me the wrong order, but they acted like it was somehow my fault. The regular staff is always polite and professional, but whoever was working on 11/12 clearly had no idea what they were doing. To make things worse, the gyro I ended up with was hard, crusty, and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours.
