Came to this location after I went to the Earth Day celebration in Wilmington. It's busy but doesn't seem as crowded as the Torrance locations where it's a nightmare to snag a table on Sunday for lunch. Service is great. The bread bun was a little bit burnt, but otherwise the food was fine. This is more a review for the drive through. It is a nightmare! They only have cones in the part where they take your order, it should be extended. There are cars waiting in all directions in the parking lot, where there can be a clear line formation but it is not done. I drive to the Carson location just because drive through is so much more organized and planned out. read more

Something I wish didn't leave California. I like when people come to visit and this is one of the things they wanna go to, but I understand it's growing up happy staying a family business and not being franchised out and mutilated. This is an iconic brand and they pay and treat their employees really well and it shows in the food quality service cleanliness. As expected the double double was excellent I ordered the protein style with double onion and pickles on the side.Oh yeah no salt. Enjoyed my meal in about twenty minutes and saw them served over 60 customers in that time. The server brought my order to my table to save me a trip to the counter. In-N-Out Burgers, San Pedro, is my go-to for burgers and my late-night snack attack. I usually go for the Double-Double, French Fries, and water with a lemon wedge (much better than soda). All of this for still less than $10. While I don't think In-n-Out has the best burgers I've ever eaten, I like that it isn't pretentious, is always focused on keeping things simple, and delivering good-quality food at affordable prices. In fact, their burgers are better than many that cost 2 to 3 times as much. Fries aren't great. But if you eat the fries within 5 minutes of them coming out of the fryer, they actually taste great. I just wanted to give a short review of a recent dining experience (I go to this location at least once a week via their drive thru). I try to go out on Veterans Day for the numerous- discounted or free meals/entrees and was happily surprised to see that In-N-Out participates (but to make sure I called beforehand- corporate and they said- Yes- it's honored at all locations). So I ordered a "Double Double Meal Combo" with the included Extra Large Root Beer- I also ordered an extra frie- so I just paid for the extra friend. Upon paying- I was asked to provide proof of military service- so I showed the associate a copy of my DD-214. Granted I ordered via drive thru but I know that the ambiance in the restaurant is very good- since I've dined in on numerous occasions. Like many chain restaurants in San Pedro, this In-N-Out is notably worse than others in LA. It drives me nuts that they randomly fill orders out of sequence. People who order twice as much food from several places behind you in line get preference while your order sits unfilled. Recently, they even lost my order. Their burgers are fine but the fries are never hot and are grossly over salted. This is sad because I really like In-N-Out, just not this In-N-Out. read more

Every single time i order well done animal fries they are like extra soggy, rootbeer float there is always way too much ice cream, i asked for less ice cream today and more soda and its like they put a drop of ive cream in it cant even taste it bums me out cause s when i go to OC not only is it cheaper than this location but they get your order right every time vs being disappointed every time closer to home. Service at this location is always friendly and efficient. I'm trying to cut back on the carbs, so my favorite order is a double-double, protein style, with whole raw onion and extra tomato. I take it home, plate it, and eat it like a salad. People that complain about the long lines in the drive-thru probably don't understand the many ways one can customize their order. The food is, for the most part is good and what to expect from In n Out. There have been times issues with the food. Like a top being not secured on one of my shakes that led to a spill. Also, the fries not being cooked enough. However, all these issues were resolved with a gift card for future orders. The guarantee for their food or satisfaction is great. First time to this In N Out. Wait time was normal when ordering food to-go after walking in around 5pm on Friday. Employees were nice, and food was great per usual *except* whoever made our animal style fries did not heat up the cheese slice as they should have. 10/23/25 about 1140 pm. Night staff made the experience a bad one. Seemed like a bunch of kids. The guy on the grill kept talking more than anything with another staff member. Some girl he seems to try and be flirting with. Seemed like cooking was his last priority. I'm all about talking with coworkers to pass the time but the foods gotta be right. There was only one other person in front of me that ordered food and two people eating inside. I would say it was dead. There was about ten cars though. My burger meat was well overcooked. Bun was overcooked and too crispy. The burger as a whole was small and seemed really flat. Not enough ingredients and it was a double double. I asked for my fries cooked one step above normal and they were extremely overcooked. I heard one of the female workers tell the cook that the fries were overcooking. Not just mine. The food took forever to come out. I live 2 minutes from the restaurant and my food was ice cold when I got home. I've done this many times and the food was hot when I got home.
