They have the best wings and staff. All of the wing flavors are just as good as the next. Their blue cheese dressing is tasty. It's great they are open later in the evening. Valerie and Wendy are extremely pleasant and helpful every time I come in. Johnny also goes above and beyond to make sure everyone and everything is perfect. Edwin also is back and forth helping everyone. Nice to see people working together. Price point is what you would expect now with prices everywhere. I would even say it's lower if you do the combo deals. They are always cleaning so restaurant I would say is above average compared to other wing stops I have been to. Very disappointed with this Wingstop order. I ordered through Uber Eats and paid nearly $50, but unfortunately, my order was completely wrong. I ordered a 10-piece wing meal with four different flavors, fries, and a large ranch. I received no fries, no ranch, and the sauces/flavors on the wings were completely wrong. On top of that, the wings themselves were honestly pretty nasty and not enjoyable at all. I understand that mistakes happen with online orders, but when you spend almost $50 and receive an order that is missing multiple items, has the wrong flavors, and the food quality is poor, it's extremely frustrating. Had the urge for some wings- so I ordered via the doordash app for delivery on 9/01/24 at 05:33 p.m. Ordered the 8 pc combo meal- (lemon pepper- all flats- well done and the fries regular seasoning- well done) with a 32 oz drink. Called within a minute or two and talked to "Novia/Olivia" to confirm that both the wings/fries were prepared well done- even though I checked those blocks in the app- since on a previous order- they weren't. Upon opening the sealed bag at home- everything was prepared as requested. My daughter was craving Wingstop today and being that it was a Friday I decided to place a big order at my local Wingstop. I was excited to have a family night with wings and fries and use my 20% off coupon that I received. Upon my arrival, I explained to the young gentleman that I was unable to apply my 20% off coupon because the website was not giving me the option to enter the code. I asked him if he was able to honor the 20% discount. He stated he couldn't honor it because if it wasn't used online he couldn't do anything about it. I told him I was not given an option to enter the code, and he looked confused and went to get what looked like a manager. The manager had no emotion and showed no effort to assist me with the issue. He stated there was nothing he could do and proceeded to charge me full price for my order. Okay...it's time that I update this review. It's honestly long overdue! I have to say that this Wingstop has really upped their game. The staff is always professional and polite and super friendly. I stopped going here for a bit and started back since Covid and I have to say that they've really impressed me. My order is always right and I tend to always ask for extra shake on my chicken and they make sure to do it and give me some on the side, just in case it's not enough. And nope...it's never enough, because I love to take a bite and then dip it in a little more seasoning! Has my mouth watering just thinking about it! My favorite are the bone-in lemon pepper and Louisiana Rub! Both are dry rubs, but they are fiyahhhhhh!!!! Their fries are on another level...perfectly cooked and they also come with their own seasoning...equally as delicious! I'm sad that they no longer have the baked beans, but I'm looking forward to trying the cajun fried corn. I wish they had other cajun type sides, like some red beans and rice or some greens! I'd never tried Wingstop food before. Sweet BBQ Blaze is a saucy crispy chicken burger with the main chicken gigantor piece sandwiched in shiny buns with some tart crinkle cut coin pickles. In a combo, I had strawberry creme Barq's soda. My friend had vanilla. The french fries were fresh and crisp, dusted with seasoning. Not too over the top, just right. My friend had chicken tenders with his combo. The service was friendly, attentive, polite, and brisk. They said our order could come out in 25 minutes but it arrived in less than ten. Conclusion? Awesome. Up there as Best Sandwich Ever, and supposedly as "cheap eats" too. They take EBT for premium hot foods. Thank you, Wingstop. read more

There is always a wait that's not a problem. The only issue is they forget to call out the names so your food sits there & gets cold. I will drive to another location next time. We stopped by this Wing Stop, though I was worried that it would be dirty since the little strip mall where it was located was often a bit dirty with transients hanging around. Boy, was I surprised! It may have been the cleanest Wingstop I've ever been to, and I've been to a lot of them! The floor was clean enough to eat off of! The chicken at this Wingstop is cooked to perfection. Their service is very good, it does take a bit of extra time to cook the chicken properly. They cook the chicken when ordered; no chicken just laying around at this location. There are quite a few tables in this Wingstop to eat at. It has a cute San Pedro ambience and music is playing all the time. I've had one issue here before that was quickly addressed by the owner. I do come here quite often( their Korean chicken, lemon chicken, and the new Lakers style chicken are my favorites. Oh, and I can't forget to mention the new item on the menu which is spicy corn absolutely delicious! There is also fresh cut veggies one can order to make a meal complete. Don't forgo the brownies or cookies for dessert. You won't be disappointed. One more hint, ask for the fries to be well done. When the fries are well done they are not burnt. They are not extra crispy; they are cooked to absolute perfection ! I downloaded the WS App. from the Apple, App Store. I choose "Delivery" and placed our order for a 30 piece, combo w/fries and all celery. Added a two piece chic tenders also. Delivery said 45-55 minutes, which sounded like a long time, but it was Friday night. I also received a email confirmation, that also included a up to the minute updates for delivery time. My instructions said to "Knock On The Door" in case I had to use the restroom or something. I had already included a TIP for the driver. The man who answered the call told me,"WE DON'T Deliver" then silence... I said what?? I placed the order online with YOUR COMPANYS Order App., it never indicated that this location did NOT deliver, in fact, I had to but my address into the order once and confirm it at the end. so the first guy said hold on. He put me on hold to look for the order I assumed. Four minutes later, a man came on the line and said " I'm the manager how can I help you" REALLY!! So now I have to explain the situation all over again. So I told him what the other man told me. This guy tells me that they called to deliver the food but no one answered the phone. I said the phone rang when I was in the bathroom and I couldn't get to it on time. I did try to redial the number, but the message was it was no longer available?? So I said do you have my order there or not? Yes, I have your order here. Okay, I said I'll come get it, but I'm not happy. This location is so hard to get parking, very small lot and always busy because of the 7 Eleven next to it. That's why I wanted it delivered. Anyway, the bag had a large hole, big enough to put a hand into it. 1/3 of the order was boneless-didn't order boneless. Celery and fries looked like it was half eaten as well, or yeah and it was COLD! Remember also, I paid for delivery and a 20% tip for the driver.
