Has anyone had problems with Wingstop in San Pedro blaming Doordash and vice versa? I placed an order yesterday, that never arrived and I have the order receipt and the receipt that it was delivered, with the drivers name and phone. But his the phone # is disconnected and we checked every camera all around the building, showed no sign of anyone or car showing up or delivery person. 3 hours of calls later, Door Dash blames Wingstop, 310-5149464 -and Wingstop blames Doordash. All I get is sorry, we can't do anything- Just call the other side. Meanwhile someone took my order and money and someone 3 hours later was left hungry. This is my second time coming to this location and having to bite the bullet due to the cooks. The first time I ordered Cajun wings got home and had buffalo, my partner doesn't like buffalo and I'm not the biggest fan but we made it work because who's driving all the way back. I checked my order before I left due to the mistake from my last visit and my lemon pepper wings were almost naked. So I requested more seasoning to supplement these almost naked wings and was charged over two dollars. Charging me for a flavor that I already ordered that you lack to season properly. Wings are always tasty. My problem is when I ordered 15 drums and noticed I received only 10 wings upon arriving at home. I called and spoke to a manager. She apologized and told me not to worry. She would make it right. She took down my info and told me to just come in another time and let her know about a credit I would have. She never told me I had to save my receipt. And I remember never receiving a receipt to begin with. I checked my BofA statement. It showed a transaction on august 14th. When I went in to get my credit they told me they didn't have any record of my wrong order, so they could NOT make it right. Don't promise something you can't honor. After haggling for my credit. Had a TERRIBLE experience here tonight. If you see a young lady named "Angie" working RUN. I never have experienced anyone as rude as her. I ordered takeout and they completely messed up my order and there was missing items. I drove back to the store where my boyfriend $ i spoke to "Angie" about the problem. Getting in and out of here can be a pain but sometimes you have to do it. While waiting for my Togo order I thought I was going to get sick. There was this odd smell of what may have been dirty mop water? It's hard to explain but it was bothering me so much I had to go outside. The store looks clean, it's well kept. They have two tv's which makes waiting easy and they play good music. This is my second stop here, the first they completely got my order wrong, I waited forever. When we arrived back at the store, we did not get the order we paid for. Instead, we got a whole lotta attitude from the crew. They said we got everything and that we were wrong. This might be the worst Wingstop in all of America. I have never received a completely correct order from this location, and by the time it is corrected, everything is cold. Today, my husband was charged for the wrong order when he went to pick ours up ($10 more expensive than ours, and he didn't think anything of it because he gave the correct name for the order and didn't know the exact amount as I had placed the order online). I went back in to get the correct order and get a refund/be charged for my actual order, and I was told that they can't give refunds unless the manager is there, which they should be tomorrow morning. Unless they manager wants to work the entire workday, they need to change the policy at this location and train shift leads on how to give refunds. Since I can't miss work in the morning to get my refund when the manager deems it convenient for them, I ended up walking away with cold food and $10 essentially stolen from me. My experience is consistently poor here, but today was the worst I've ever experienced. Also, there are roaches outside the establishment, and it's disgusting and appetite-souring.
