I've been to this Yoshinoya once when I was working with AEW Wrestler: Bounty-hunter Bryan Keith & TNA, WWE, NXT/UK Wrestler: Xia Brookside because it was near our venue at the time. It's inside of a strip mall in Wilmas that's pretty damn safe, no matter what others say. Inside, it's a small grab and go Yoshinoya with a small amount of chairs and tables compared to others. It kind of reminds me of the grab and go one in Gardena. Customer service was chill; they treated my co-workers for the day good, especially since they were both from out of town. Restrooms are clean, along with the eating area. Bryan and Xia loved their food. No complaints at all! They felt welcomed! I visited on a Saturday afternoon and ordered the combo with beef and teriyaki chicken, it was delicious.

This Yoshinoya is different than your basic Yoshinoya. Their meat is cooked to perfection, simmered in a magical broth that makes it tender and flavorful--way better than your average Yoshinoya. I got the combo, beefing it up with double portions. Other Yoshinoyas out there are bland and sad. The portions here are generous, the taste is on point, and it's all at a price that won't break the bank. I ordered a large combo plate no veggies and paid more to get it with UDON noodles and I get home (20 minute drive ) open the plate and the meats are nice and delicious but I got maybe 10 noodles that are pieces and ontop. Of cabbage... this is rediculous and not worth 15 bux or whatever it was.. I'm starving and diabetic so I am going to eat it but this is horrible read more

Ayyyyyy this Yoshi is the spot. You will not be disappointed going to this location. The Yoshi near my house makes the beef a bit soggy and you can tell it's not fresh because it not golden brown like this location. I requested to add cayenne pepper and put teriyaki sauce on the side. Very accommodating to customize your order too. I ordered a half chicken and beef combo. YUM! This Yoshinoya store gets 5 stars right off the bat because it's not the Willow St. Long Beach store. That place is sooooooooooooo bad that I am willing to go all the way to Wilmington just to get Yoshinoya. So enough about that. Its open on aug 21, 2020. It looks clean inside. I ordered combo bowl, original beef and grilled bbq beef with veges. Its actually the same beef but only difference is with bbq sauce or not. I prefer bbq sauce it was very delicious. I wish I got both meat bbq beef or got extra sauce on the side. I like that they have pickle ginger. read more

Food is good. When the owners or main manger is around its kept clean for the most part but lately it has been dirty and nasty. Do not come here! 1) The old man in the back does not wear gloves when he prepares your food. I asked many times could he wear gloves? They said they aren't really required to wear gloves. Strike one. 2) The floors and tables are always sticky. And smelly. Wanted to give them a chance but I noticed this on my 3 rd visit and it has not changed. Second strike! 3) A homeless person just sat a table and got free drinks. Kept getting up and refilling a cup. Staff didn't do anything. Third and final strike! Im done! Mind you these are all different visits. Maybe over a year ive been observing this. Im disgusted. I hope you guys understand im not trying to bash them but I hope they correct things soon. Arrived at this location on 4/11/23 at 840 PM. The sign on the window said "Open". However, when I tried to enter, the door was locked and the employees inside motioned to me that they were closed.... even though they were supposed to be open until 9 PM. This is the second time this happened! If management wonders why there are no sales after 830 PM, it's because your employees are closing early but deceptively leaving the open sign on. This is the worst Yoshinoya I have ever eaten at. I ordered steak but they were out of steak. I ordered tilapia but they were out of tilapia. I settled for Original Beef. It was nasty. Yoshinoya is not my fav, but it it's my daughters. So I take her and see they have the new spicy orange chicken plate so I said I must have some of that. We get there and angel was nice to give us a sample. I got to say it was delightful. Lucky for us they were having a special and angel was helpful and very attentive. So we took it. Best Yoshinoya hands down. Friendly staff and delicious food. We ordered the grilled beef bowl and tilapia. I was hesitant to order the tilapia because the other Yoshinoya I had it from wasn't good but Kevin, the manager, told me he makes the best tilapia. He wasn't lying. The tilapia was perfectly seasoned and grilled. Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. He also gave me a bbq sauce to complement the fish. My girlfriend throughly enjoyed her beef bowl as well and told me it tasted like her favorite KBBQ place. We will be back. Thanks Kevin! read more

I didn't know that there was a Yoshinoya in Wilmington! I pulled in the parking lot to go to Subway (it was going to be my first visit to Subway too!) - I saw the Honey Walnut Shrimp poster and I was sold! The young lady that helped me was super nice and very helpful! I wish I had gotten her name but she has a tattoo sleeve. The Honey Walnut Shrimp was pretty good! Get the large! It's a better deal and you get a lot of food! I split mine and had some for lunch and the leftovers for dinner and I still had a little bit left! Warning! The parking lot for this shopping center is HORRIBLE! It was filled to capacity and there were cars making up their own parking spaces at the ends and in the isles, making it difficult to drive around. 3 Giant UPS size work trucks were double parked in the driveway, so only one car could enter or exit at a time. There was even a Big Rig parked blocking most of the driveway entrance. The parking spaces are abnormally narrow! and I didn't feel comfortable with my new car.
