If you're ever at a Carl's Jr. with a Green Burrito and you're thinking about skipping the nachos, don't. These were way better than I expected. The chips were cruspy, not stale or soggy, and they actually held up under everything. They put a good amount of grilled chicken, and it's not dry at all. It's seasoned, it's juicy, and there's a decent amount of it spread through the whole tray. They also didn't skimp on the cheese either. It was melted everywhere, and every chip had that stretchy pull when you picked it up. Guac was fresh, the pico had a little tang to it, the whole thing was surprisingly good. I'm not saying these beat out a real taqueria, but for being inside a Carl's Jr.? I'd get them again read more

Today was sad. We usually love this location but we got two chicken sandwiches that were raw inside. I did get a partial refund from UberEATS but when I tried to call the store just as an FYI, no one picked up. They must have new mgmt, what a shame. read more

Very interesting business model here. I pull into the drive thru at 10:29am to make that last breakfast order. "What can I get you?" I hear from the intercom. 2 breakfast biscuits, please. "We stop serving breakfast at 10:30am." It just turned 10:30am. No effort or response to appease the customer. No, "let me see if we can do it." Nothing. Now, it's one thing that I've learned, even when you as the customer are absolutely right and no matter how unreasonable or how much of an idiot the people who we procure food from. Never argue with them and still try to get food. Just leave the establishment, find something else to eat, and leave a constructive review. To the guy getting ready to make $20 an hr, the business of Carl's Jr. is to sell food, not turn customers away. You won't have a place to work if you continue to do that. read more

Always have had a good experience here. Staff is friendly and the quality is consistent with other Carl's Jr.'s I've been to.

The best burger ever compare to jack in the box and Mc Donald's. Very affordable and the size or the portion is big I love it. The beef is juicy and all in it onion, lettuce, tomato, pickles and sauce. read more

Carl's Jr - Wrong assembly burgundy - Fast Food Near Me - Lomita, California

First of all, let me begin this review by stating that I am a fan of Carl's Jr., I always have been. This being stated, this Carl's Jr. is probably one of the worst locations that I have ever been to. And, I have been to a lot of Carl's Jr's. over the many years that they have been in business. Is the food at this location bad? No. It is pretty much the same as all of the Carl's Jr's. -- especially the ones that I go to utilizing their drive-through. What is really horrible at this location is the service. I cannot tell you how many times I have gone to this location and they have either messed up my order, charged me too much for my order, not offered what is advertised on Carls Jr. commercials, or told me that what is on their menu is not available at this location. This is simply the wrong way to do business! As a fan of Carl's Jr. I believe I can make this statement from a very conscious and experienced perspective. This location is bad! They should really get their team in order and train their managers how to oversee their staff in a more customer friendly manner. End of story. read more

So Yelp shows that it's open 24 seven. But it is not. At the time when people try to find food that is close to them inconvenient. Is it that hard to keep your schedule up-to-date in application that everybody is using? It makes you drive a few miles and it's closed. It's not just lame, I just don't wanna go there anymore. Get a straight would you? read more

Staff was nice to me and my parents, so I'm leaving a good review Food came fast too so I'm satisfied with my visit

Went though YELP to order online. It states take out or delivery. Put my order in and went to pick it up. The girl on the microphone, Jai, tells me the don't take orders online unless grub hub or postmates delivers. She doesn't even have an order from me at all. The yelp/Carl's jr didn't say this. They did however take my card info and my money from my account instantly. As I have to wait for the cars in front of me to get their food and go I called the number posted with my order. I told her what had happened. She said let me see what I can do. She called me back said she'd tried 3 times and no one would answer. I'm posting this and will come back later for more read more

Service sucks. I didnt ask for zucchini fries. The lady gave attitude to me. I also ordered a cookie too and did not receive it.

I'm sorry I'm not sure if you guys read any of these complaints but you guys should really do something about it since it's all about the food and the workers. It's ridiculous that I have to come off work really late and wanting a quick bite to eat just to head home and they serve me this (old lettuce in my burger) ?! Let alone I was the only person in the drive through and they still decided to serve that old stuff in my food . DISGUSTING. Either it's new employees needed or shut the sh*t show down. read more

Did you ever wanted to have a chili fries and famous star burger? well that is what I had tonight, the food was just fresh, and the service was great. My good came to the table and the employee was very happy, smiled and ask me if I needed anything else. That is what I call pure customer services. On a Saturday night, you would think the place would be pack and full of people....wrong not a lot of customers but the service still off the charts. The restaurant was very clean and the floors as well. That includes the restrooms as well. I read a lot of Yelp reviews at this location and I got to say a few things: 1) some of these reviews are just not true. 2) Maybe they replace the manager with new ones and started training the employees. 3) Everyone here was very pleasant with smiles on there faces and happy to work there. 4) Food: very simple....( GREAT FOOD IS JUST GREAT ) 4-star rating due to the fact that the trash cans was full even though no one was there. Keep up with the great customer services Carl's JR You have a customer for life. read more

I love this location and Carl's jr to be exact. I've been coming here for at least a year now and I've never have had any issues. I usually always go to Carl's Jr for two things, their fries and their shakes. Yesterday was one of those times and it was even more craved because my friends and I had just finished coming back from a 3 hour drive. we waited almost 20mins for someone to help take our order when there were zero customers there and worst of all, we got less than half worth of shake in our cup... so we paid $5 for less than half... there was one girl who really did help accommodate with our needs and she was new! the manager and older staff should really try changing the way they run things around there because i'm sure I'm not the first to complain //: read more

The woman working the drive through on October 22 at 1:30 in the morning was absolutely rude and unprofessional. When taking my order, she interrupted me multiple times to talk to someone else, not listening to me speak my orderX then when asking for my sandwich to be on sourdough, she said "of the cook already made it." And REFUSED TO CHANGE THE BREAD ON MY SANDWICH. And when I told her I wasn't even done ordering, she still said "wel the cook already made it so... I won't be coming here again. read more

I don't like to write bad reviews but I will if I spend my money & I don't get what I ordered. First I want to say that this review is long overdue & I really feel like the quality of Carl's Jr. really went down the drain. I used to remember Carl's being decent & good. I ordered 3 of their new $5 dollar boxes, they were okay but really sloppy & thrown together. The burger was an absolute mess. Ordered a side of jalapeño poppers & never received them so when we got home those were paid for but we weren't going to drive back for them. Our onion rings tasted really bad, the breading has a weird after taste. The guy taking our order was excellent at customer service but as we were waiting for our order we could hear a lady in the back yelling & screaming at him. Pretty rude if you ask me & if we could hear her at the drive thru window then I can assume she was being really loud. The food overall was just bad quality. I don't want to be rude but it's just not the Carl's I remember. read more

Whoever is working drive thru right now needs to learn some customer services; I've worked in the food industry before and honestly I get it you wanna go home already or you don't wanna be at work especially at this time. But damn if someone isn't being a total ass to you no need to be an ass or rude man. Just because of this I actually don't ever wanna go back to this Carl's Jr. if the employees are gonna be an ass for no reason. read more

First time here, and I'll make it short; as I attempted to pay with my chip based debit card, the cashier started to say that I could swipe it instead while I was attempting to insert my card in the dock for chipped cards. Then, midsentence she very purposefully muffled the rest of what she was saying. I swiped my card, got my receipt, only to find that there was a dollar surcharge. Apparently the muffled voice is part of their training program here, to upsell people with chip cards by suggesting very nonchalantly that they have the option to swipe instead, and then mumble the bit about how you're going to get charged a dollar if you do so at the tail end of their sentence. It's only a dollar, this is absolutely ridiculous, but hey, at least it gave me something to write about. read more
