Although they can take your order at the counter, it's obvious that it is encouraged that you just order at the kiosk yourself. Staff are friendly enough - they're efficient. I feel my one downside of all Habit locations is that you really don't see staff wiping down tables or anything between guests - so it really is just dependent on how the last guess has left things (never horrible...just doesn't feel really that clean?).
