I have been to many other McAlisters where this is not the standard. I went today at dinner at they stated they did not have any potatoes because they were not prepped. When over 1/3 of the menu is potatoes you should have potatoes. The service was good and the workers were kind about the situation. I understand it's not their fault and they did everything right. The place is clean and the food is tasty. I would probably give it 4 stars if I wasn't so frustrated with my experience with the potatoes every time I come. Management seriously needs to address this issue.

I was brought the wrong wrap flavor but our waitress got it taken care of when she came to check on us. The establishment is clean and big they have the main dining room, a bar area, outdoor patio, and an extra room for overflow.
