It had really good quality food and very good staff would highly recommend to come. The place was really clean and was orangized well.

I like subs and I get their advertising about being healthy. But their bread is very thick and sometimes it doesn't feel fresh. You can notice it when they warm it and if you don't eat it right away, it can get hard. There is a guy that is grumpy (he made a comment about my dog even before we were getting in. I would get if we were in cause they have to follow sanitary rules), but most of the times there are other people with better attitude. In fact, I feel like there's always someone different. I like that they are very fast for orders placed through their app. They are always a good option when you don't have time or the mood for cooking. It is always quiet. I think I've seen 2 other customers before. Even when tables inside and outside are clean. Hope we can help them through this pandemic. read more

This place is trash. The guy with crusty red hair has horrible service. Walked in and greeted him but he looked at me and was shaking his damn head. What's your problem lol. If you hate your job, work somewhere else. He was upset and kept throwing the veggies really hard into their containers. Service was SUPER slow, I didn't order since he seemed to be taking his sweet time doing an online order. The owner of this subway needs to reconsider their employees. Now 9:16 in the morning, still not open, and they are supposed to open at 9. Not the first time this has happened recently. If you say you're open at 9 open at 9, if your employees can't make it on time change your opening time. We stop here to get lunch for our daughter on her way to her summer job and this makes us late. If I was late like this to my job I'd be fired The owner as you can see wrote back that they are open at 930, except nearly every Sunday we go at 9 in the morning. And despite what he says, their front door, yelp, and Google, as well as the main Subway site all have 9:00 am as opening time on Sunday. So maybe before you point fingers and try and make me feel stupid and in the wrong you should check all the information you told me to check, which states 9:00 in the morning. We have been coming nearly every Sunday especially throughout the summer for 3-4 years and its always been 9:00 including 2 weeks ago when it opened at 9 on Sunday. I don't appreciate the tone of your response it's terrible customer service. And as you can see I did check times before coming. read more

The younger Asian looking guy who was working Monday, April 19th at 5:30pm was rude and unprofessional. First off he had no name tag, airpods in both ears and his mask was down below his nose the entire time. He was rude and short with the customer in front of us which continued when it was our turn. He acted like even helping us was a hassle. The cups we paid for for our meal were the wrong ones(he said the larger ones were out of stock) and rather than offer a refund we got a, "I don't know what to do. You can get some chips or something." I visit this location often as it's on my way home but may begin to go elsewhere if the staff acts like he did. read more

Apparently this Subway location chose not to refresh. They would not take a Subway coupon that we received in the mail. The workers were slow. Our 6" sandwiches were mis-labelled. Gave 2 stars instead on 1 because the workers were trying and basically we like Subway sandwiches. We used to like this location. Next time we will go to a Duvall or Redmond location. read more

Alright, so I only go there certain days when a certain girl is working. One of the boys that works there I have a had two bad experiences with. . . . 1.) I came inside one afternoon, the boy was sitting on the counter, but as I came in he hopped off. He didn't wash his hands, and a mouthful of chew was noticeable. "What can I get for you?" he asks and then spits into the garbage can. I ordered, payed, and then threw away my sandwich. I have a very delicate appetite!!!! 2.) I came back another day and saw that he was working again. I decided to give the boy a second chance. He had his head on the counter, obviously ill. I ordered, and as I was being checked out I asked him if he was all right. He informed me he had bronchitis!!!!!!!!! Being the pushover I am, I paid and once again threw away my sandwich. I would have given this establishment one star, but the other girl working there bails it out a bit. She knows my usual, and never squishes the bread when she is wrapping it up. Anyway, If there is a boy working I suggest going to Himitsu, which is up the way and getting a nice meal of chicken teriyaki. read more

Went in the evening around dinner time. Place was quiet and clean. The fellow behind the table was friendly and had already asked what he could get me as soon as I walked in the door and started making it even before I got up to him. I love this Subway!!! Maybe the guy that you 2 are talking about no longer works at this Subway, but I love going here! The employees are really friendly and their ingredients are always fresh. One time I went and they were out of turkey. Now, I know some would be annoyed at this, but I took it as a great sign that the store was busy and ingredients were always fresh. The store is slow though (unless you get the young blonde girl making your sandwich). Sometimes I'm literally the only person in there and I'm getting one sandwich and it takes over 5 minutes to have my sandwich and pay. If there's someone ahead of me in line...forget about it. I once waited in line for 10 minutes for a family of 4 to get their dinner before I was served. My husband thought I died lol. read more

Amazing customer service! The man who made the four subs I ordered put the meat/cheese/condiments on perfectly versus most Subways that toss everything on in clumps with the ingredients spilling all over. Bread was fresh and social distancing precautions were great! read more

It's pretty awful that your policy is to service online orders first, ahead of paying customers in your store. As I write this, I see two people doing an online order of six sandwiches. At least you could have one person service in-person customers while the other person processes the online order. read more

0 stars if I could. My partner and I come here nearly every Sunday to grab lunch for our daughter while she works at her barn all day Sundays. We come right at 9 grab sandwich and go on our way. This morning they did not open until 9:24 am, and when they opened the employee did not say sorry (my partner is only one who went in), this has happened at least two other times. When he posted about this he got a pretty rude response from the owner Paul, saying they open at 930 so why would we think it opened at 9, he then gave a list-facebook, yelp, Google, subways main site, and their own front door as listing 930 as the opening time, and chiding us---well we then looked at all those sites plus the front door and as we had stated they ALL said 9A.M. as Sunday opening time, and my partner posted pics to show this. The manager then deleted his rude message, but we got no apology whatsoever for the poor customer service. I don't understand how you could chide us but not actually know your own hours and what's listed on your own front door. We've been going there for over 4 years and it's always been 9 A.M It's not cool to post a rude reply to a customer then delete it when said customer proves you wrong. Maybe some customer service training would help. Don't go to this Subway there are so many with great customer service and FRIENDLY employees. read more
