Had the salmon sandwich and the patty melt, both with the salad option and again the lettuce and veggies were old and wilted. Very sad. Salmon was good, patty melt was okay. Ordered an IPA the it had stuff floating in it like it was from a dirty glass. Again, the server and service was great and she was able to replace it, and made sure we were doing well despite the food and drink. Good view and patio. Went there for Mother's Day brunch and was seated right away! It was busy, but not too many people. Our waitress promptly brought water, coffee, and scones. There were blueberry and lemon poppyseed scones which were warm and delicious to start off our meal. The menu had a lot of variety. We chose the crab Benedict and chicken fried steak. Both were delicious and came out beautifully plated and quickly. All in all, the restaurant had beautiful views, pleasant staff, and amazing food. I will be back! read more

We went for dinner. When we walked up we were told to check in at the front desk. We waited for several minutes til a person came and told us to sit wherever we wanted and then she walked away. We sat outside trying to enjoy the nice summer evening. We were seated by a nice young man who apologized that our table had not been cleaned yet and did so quickly, leaving menus for us. They never came to offer us drinks. We patiently waited noticing that we were one of six tables and all five others had already been served and were finishing up. We continued to wait, watching the wait staff come out and clean up tables and still nobody ever came to us. After approx 25 min with no service, we asked the same man who seated us if he would send a waiter to take our order, since clearly the menus were not a signal to them that we hadn't been helped. We still were not helped. Ten more minutes went by before we decided to just get up and leave. My friend told them on the way out that we had never been served to which the wait staff said "I don't know if you noticed but we are busy". When my friend mentioned it had been at least 25 min, and nobody had come, the wait staff responded with "maybe you should have waited longer". My friend then said it was poor service and the same nice waiter that gave us menus we could never use said very sarcastically "soooorryy" with his arm outstretched like 'too bad'. my son and I went here on a Saturday night at 7 PM. We were the only ones in the entire huge restaurant. This restaurant is located in the clubhouse of the trilogy golf course. The restaurant is obviously not the main attraction. Restaurant is huge, really nice and has a lot of potential. even though we were the only ones in the restaurant, the service was friendly, but very poor. I had to get up three times to get someone's attention, food was OK, nothing special at all. We had a party of six and many of us had the prime rib special -- not bad but we've had better. My meal was scallops on risotto and it barely passed the taste test. Good classic American food, and the service was phenomenal. We had a large group of 12 come in on a Sunday afternoon, and we were the only group there. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful, and made lots of good recommendations to order. The appetizers came within 10 minutes, and our main dishes took about 20. The ridge burger and Reuben tasted great and classic, and nobody in our group had any complaints with their food. Overall what stood out to me was the beautiful restaurant and the experienced and friendly waitress. read more

Not very good. Came in for dinner on Friday night (5 of us) and the food was just not good. Service was friendly, not too attentive though, and I left half my entree on the table. Maybe more than half. Got the chicken wings and cauliflower appetizers. The chicken wings were OK, but some were cold to the bite near the bone, meaning they weren't properly cooked. For a main I had the fish and chips and this was not good, at all. Others had the braised short rib, the reuben, scallops and risotto (also left a portion on table, small scallops, too much pepper on the dish), and the blackened chicken salad. The only person who generally liked their dish was the one who had the braised short rib. Would not come back to this place for food. If I golfed here, would only stop in for a beer. read more

Went to this restaurant for Easter brunch today, Was very confused about all the negative comments considering Trilogy is a gorgeous community with a gorgeous golf course, no way would they let the restaurant slack off. BRUNCH WAS WONDERFUL!!! We had a party of 17 people and had a table in the middle of the restaurant! There was a special menu for Easter and the selections were good. I ordered the eggs benedict which came with hash browns with a fruit and pastry bar. My husband had the smoked salmon eggs benedict, both were amazing! Hash browns were crispy and the hollandaise sauce was great....creamy with a great taste. Judging from everyone's empty plates, everything everyone ordered was wonderful!!! Tons of parking and the art deco was very modern with a warm cozy feeling. Love this place, we will be back when we are in the area!!! read more

Come here often as my dad lives in the neighborhood and likes it. Only a few good options. Fish and chips are great and huge portions. Can't go wrong with the burger. I was sorely disappointed with the Cuban (Castro's Revenge). Wait staff is OK. My dad asked once to sub something on the plate and the response was "let's see What mood the chef is in." Been there a few times also for breakfast. Again stick with pancakes or basic egg dishes. Had the Eggs Benedict - egg was hard cooked not runny, and sauce was thick and had been sitting awhile. Tried the corned beef - it was basically big chunks of fat and pretty greasy. Lately I've been trying to steer him away to other nearby options. If he insists, I stick with the fish and chips or Burger. Tried again for breakfast. Waited 30 minutes for food. Only one other table so it wasn't busy. Nothing difficult - fried eggs, hash browns. This place has all the elements to be a great neighborhood restaurant. The prices tilt high, but appropriate to the the setting, location and views. The quality of the ingredients is not lacking, though an culinary minded manager might seek out some of the fresh food, dairy and eggs in the valley down below. The sense I get is that those who work here fit the "dude who works at a golf course" attitude. They aren't as bad as some of the other public courses where every left behind wedge goes to ebay, but a breaziness that works with some at the bar does not lend to a restaurant vibe. This lack of staff attention then leads to a very hit and miss vibe where the restaurant can be empty at times and busy at others without staff to handle the rush. Create a culinary culture and this could become a destination for all the weekenders who flock to the valley. Perhaps also take advantage of the local wineries popping up for co-marketing. Oddly enough the QFC across the way has excellent oysters, yet none to be found here. Talk to Amir there. read more

The dining room was cute and cozy. When we were dining, there was a family sitting around the fireplace talking. The decor was modern, elegant and beautiful. We were impressed....until we began our dinner. We ordered 2 appetizer samplers: The Crooked Sampler (which had pot stickers, chicken wings, coconut shrimp, and taco egg roll type things). We also ordered the Mediterranean Sampler which was pita bread served with tzatziki, hummus, feta dip and olive dip alongside a spinach salad. Both samplers were decent...except the pot stickers were terrible. So...we ate what we wanted out of the sampler...and we were waiting for our waitress to take our dinner order. We waited. And waited. No one came to our table for a good 15 minutes. Finally, we saw the hostess walk by and placed our order with her. We got ZERO drink refills. We ate our dinner, and when we were done, we wanted our check. Again, no one came by for a good 15 minutes. Our waitress finally shows up, says she's leaving and we could give our payment to someone else... then, as we're ready to go, fills our water glasses. Yeah, thanks!!!! It was EXPENSIVE! 2 appetizers and 2 salads were $52. We could have actually had a fancy meal for that price :( Well...I'm still interested in coming back for lunch to try some sandwiches. The sandwiches on the lunch menu looked pretty good. I'm hoping that this was a fluke and the waitress was having a bad day or something. The food arrived at the table cold, after speaking with my other half after we left she had the same issue. We didn't want to send it back cause we didn't think we would see it or the waitress again. The restaurant has gone under new F&B management which i have seen change of all of the employees in a positive way. The food is excellent with new flatbreads and salads, delicious! My favorite is the smoked salmon flatbread. Me and my husband have gone there for breakfast, lunch and dinner. While the price was fair for that type of salad, the salad served only faintly resembled my concept of such a salad. They need a menu Makeover with smaller more defined goals of what kind of a restaurant are they. I am sorry but this place should be a star not a black hole. I'm not sure what his problem was on the day I was in, but I ordered a couple of beers and he rudely just stood there staring at me and made me give him my card before he would even fill my order. We have been to this restaurant several times and have watched it decline to the point we will no longer eat there. Service is very hit or miss. We were seated one night and sat for 20 minutes and finally got up and left as no one ever came to serve us. We waited about 6 months and tried it again. We ate dinner there and the food tasted like someone had literally dropped the salt shaker in it. It was not edible. Dined here several times. The food is hit and miss. Some things are decent and others are kinda gross. For example, the chicken strips are not real chicken. It's that ground up chicken that is similar to what McDonalds used to use in their chicken nuggets. The kind that you would get bits of cartilage in and that's dipped in batter. Tastes like most of the food is frozen. I doubt anything is fresh. Service is ok. Waitresses overlook a lot of little details like drink refills, plates and silverware for appetizers, napkins. Tried this place one more time as the burgers are good. However, I was annoyed to learn that they charged us an extra $.25 for thousand island dressing for our burgers. I consider this a condiment, as in mustard, mayo, etc. To charge for a condiment is just tacky and an unsavory business practice. Plus, they failed to tell us there would be an up charge when we asked for the dressing. If you eat here, expect mediocre food, bad policies but decent service. read more
