After she handed me my order thru the drive thru window, i noticed that the order given was incorrect. I then proceeded to call her back to the window to advise her that my order was not correct and she retrieved the order and placed it back on the cashier stand, my hope is that it was not provided to another customer after being passed out the window. another person then came to the window and gave me my order, to which once i got home i opened the chicken sandwich and there was no chicken patty inside, only the condiments and bun. I personally have never received such low level of service from a cookout establishment from both the front end staff and the kitchen and usually the order i place when frequenting this location is satisfactory. This location should be advised on the precautions of unsanitary food handling and order quality.
