Then the order came and looked nothing like I expected and I had to check again to make sure I had the right number. If they can keep the bathrooms clean and call the numbers a little louder, I think it would help a bit.

I placed a large pick-up order that totaled over $200. I was out of town and was donating the lunch to a nearby nonprofit. When an employee of the nonprofit came to pick it up, UberEATS had sent the order details, but not the payment, so the order showed up as unpaid. The employee paid for the order after I sent them the money and then almost a couple of hours later, UberEATS charged me for the same order through the app. I tried to get it resolved and UberEATS just kept making me run around in circles. I went to the restaurant and Tim immediately worked hard trying to get me a refund. He called UberEATS and spoke to multiple representatives. They initially told him they would give me a call to resolve the issue so I left the restaurant expecting a call from UberEATS that never came. When I went back to the restaurant a second time, he called them again and when they refused to own up to their mistake, Tim was able to find my order through the restaurant and issue a refund.
