Was in town Feb 7th and thought we'd eat at Arby's. Placed an order through the app (had a bogo…read morebeef 'n cheddar) and a order at the counter for a French Dip meal and a large curly fry. Got the counter order pretty quickly, but took a long time for the online order. I finally noticed that my food was at the line and there was no one around to hand my order to me. I asked and got it. When I got to my table, there was literally less than a teaspoon of cheddar sauce on my sandwiches. The bathroom sink was disgusting, so bad I almost didn't wash my hands. Rest of the bathroom seemed ok, but didn't look close because I just went in to wash up. (Edit) I just noticed another review for the same evening. We left about 8:50 ish so they must have come in just after us. Since they mentioned the employee, we had a similar experience. Horrible attitude and threw the entry mat down when he saw us coming in. I left a review at Arby's.com or where ever QR code on the cup takes you. The next day I had my phone on silence, and noticed 4 phone calls with none of them leaving a voice mail. Then I got a phone call from someone (they didn't identify who they were but I assume a manager) on Monday the 10th who was nothing but excuses! I said I didn't need his excuses and hung up. He called back and I told him I was done with Arby's, and hung up. He called again but I didn't answer. I answered the 4th call and yelled at him to stop bothering me. I should note someone from corporate did email me, but the other review having a bad experience I hope they review the video and make staff changes.

Also recommend the walleye fillet. It's substantial, to say the least, yet perfectly fried in a light panko-like batter, allowing the fish to dominate. It's a large room but you can find a quiet corner. Lots of families early in the evening. Skip the cocktails--way too watery,--go for the brews. Onion rings only adequate, and not much for a $12 app. Service is friendly but the kitchen might need better supervision. Ordered a load baked potato--it was bare, and probably a day old. But again the Mac and cheese is great! Plenty of parking, easy to find
