This creats a opportunity for bacteria and sickness . I told the man who was obvioulsly the mgr,/owner. He went over and pointed to steam coming from under the tray and said "See, Warm". Then he disappeared into the back. The people who were sitting next to the buffet overheard the conversation and also told him that the food was cold. Another couple who heard them also agreed. They need to warm up their food, or they will cause someone to get sick. In their defense, the taste was ok for what we ate, but did not finish due to fear of bacterial contamination.
