Then my son noted that we only received ranch sauce, not the two we had orderred. Then upon further inspection, we only receied two "10 piece" nuggets not 20! so the kids ate while I had none. I thought ok, well I will just message the store and get a gift card or something to recoop the money they charged me while not providing all of the food I paid for. So i got home, and pulled up customer service for mcdonalds to file my complaint. OH guess what...no receipt, no possibility for a complaint or refund. So my recourse is to write this review. I had to repeat my order several times as the kid at the window couldn't seem to remember more than one item at a time. So over all, mcdonalds sucked this time, and for me there will not be a next time. I'm tired of these big chains getting rich while stealing literally from my family.
