Get closer to the window and the cars in front of me all were handed iced drinks so don't know what that was about. Messed up my order (wrong coffee handed to me first) so had to wait for my drink to be made while at the window. Last couple months have gone downhill. Tried them again a week or so later. Fewer cars, took almost as long to get thru the line. It's unfortunate you can't leave the line past a certain point of waiting. They had someone come out with a tablet to take orders but I think that made it worse.

I saw 3 groups of people come in and leave because there was no hostess to seat them.
