This place is straight up garbage. I tried it the first time and ordered a small root beer and a flamethrower burger with fries and gravy. Never got the gravy, the root beer was flat and not even root beer, and when back in to get what I paid for, they walked away from me and ignored me. 2nd time, a few months later and too hangry to drive further away when I'm already in a hurry, I ordered the same thing but just a cheeseburger this time. Everything was fine except my burger was COLD. Not even warm or luke warm. Like came from the fridge cold and the cheese wasn't melted or anything. Wtf? Gross. And the receipt never show ed what I was charged. Just said, "charged $19 plus sales tax". Somehow two burgers and gravy was $20 and theres no itemized bill. Yeah, ok. If I could give it zero stars I would. We went through the drive thru and I ordered a #13 which is the Chili Cheese Dog meal. chili. cheese. dog. When we had begun pulling out I checked and there was no cheese. I called the restaurant to let them know. The girl who answered the phone decided to argue with me and tell me that I had ordered wrong and that it was my mistake not theirs, because they don't have a Chili Cheese Dog, they have a Chili dog and you have to ask to add cheese to it. I told her no, if it was plain Chili I would have ordered it added Cheese, and that I would be on my way back. When I got to the restaurant there was a boy up front, I said they didn't give me Cheese and he cut me off mid-sentence, turned around and walked away from me. Horribly rude from the get go. A little angry man with black hair and glasses came up front and I told him the lady on the phone wanted to argue with me. That i wanted a new item, and that if she looked at the menu or knew the meals like she should, she would know it specifically came with cheese, its in the name of the meal. He immediately got confrontational and said "did you have an attitude with her too". up to this point I had been very calm, I took offense to this because instead of give an apology and give me the right item I paid for he started arguing with me too. He said to get the right item I have to be kind. I was not unkind to anyone there, and I said I should get what I paid for as a customer and I did not order wrong. It was not my mistake it was theirs. I asked don't they have training they have to do. Because i worked in food service before and we are supposed to know the entire menu correctly. And when I went in to give my correction and tell the manager he needs to make sure they know their menu, he decided to start yelling and get mad at me, the paying customer whose order they messed up. He falsely accused me of cursing and never once did I curse either. He told me to "give him" my bag, I said if you're taking my whole bag you touched I want new food. I had other items in that bag. He could have just got me a small container of cheese and said sorry, no? He got mad and told me "give me the Chili dog, that's all I'm going to give you" I am not the one who asked for the whole bag, he was. I didn't ask for anything I didn't PAY FOR. Then they doubled down on their mistake and acted like they needed to kick me out. Over THEIR mistake, your manager told me to GET OUT. I don't appreciate being treated that way when I'm asking for a correction to a mistake they made. I worked in food service before and our saying was "I'm sorry that was our mistake, how can we make it right?" Not "you're wrong, you ordered wrong" "you're not allowed to be disatisfied with your order" and "get out". I would like an apology. I may never come back to this particular establishment. I've been going there my whole life. I got treated like I did something wrong in front of a lobby full of people. I'd also like a refund. I was so disgusted with that kind of customer service I never even ate the food they sold me. It looks like your establishment is down in many opinions as a filthy place with horrendous customer service from all the reviews I read. I'm not the only customer who has been argued with when the staff is the one who made the mistake. I'm posting my review on every platform there is so other people know not to come there and be treated that way. Get rid of staff members who don't know their menu, don't know their jobs, and feel like it's okay to argue with customers. I'll be waiting for someone to reach out to me with an apology. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. We waited at the order board for ten minutes while all four cars ahead of us paid and got their food. Once they took our order we had to wait at the payment window for another 15 minutes to get our food. The workers didn't seem to care either. Absolutely atrocious. Waited 20 minutes with an empty lobby and 6 people working for an Oreo blizzard and chocolate shake. When we asked about our ice cream we were told that they were working on drive through orders. We had to ask about our order after 15 minutes, and none of the workers were apologetic. My wife and I stayed at the AmericInn across the street for the night, after traveling for 8 hours we decided to get a carry out and eat in our room. we ordered 2 burgers, fries and 2 small shakes. my wife was up all nite throwing up and I had terrible pains in my stomach for the next 36 hours. Filthy Floors and counter... photos are taken 15 minutes after I ordered treats suggested to them to wipe up and sweep the cookies and cups from the floor. This happened on a Thursday at 8:25pm a non-rush time. I watched the woman in the baggy shorts in the picture... slop someones blizzard on the counter and and then use the customers spoon to scoop it back in the cup and serve it to the drive through window. The milk shake my friend ordered was over-filled and runny and we had to be clean up before it was able to be eaten. The water dispenser sprays all over the machine. We could not get water. Talked to manager... they did nothing. I can't believe this franchise is doing this to the DQ brand and risking public health with milk products. I've gotten food poising twice from this place. Would not go back if it was the last place to eat in the world.

Took forever to take my order and did not care I was there. When we got to the window they took our ice cream out of the freezer and they gave me the wrong size ice cream and the ice cream was melted and was dripping everywhere. I asked for a napkin and when they handed it through the window they dropped it on the ground. They were vaping in the kitchen and were messing around. I went through drive thru at this location, didn't receive my extra gravy. I checked my receipt and was charged. Called the store and asked for a manager after being greeted by a very unfriendly employee. Spoke with the manager and he basically told me there was nothing he could do. If the goal of this establishment was piss off every single person in the building, they successfully did that with flying colors. Waited 10 minutes to get our order just to wait another 30 minutes to get our food. Unless they were butchering the cow in the back, it is unacceptable for customers to be waiting that long. Judging by the taste in our burgers, that was not the case... Our initial plan was to all get chicken strip baskets but once we asked for them, they said, "we have them but we won't make them." If I could give a negative 5 star review, I would. I ordered a chocolate shake for my daughter with no whip, it came out with whip. I ordered brownie blizzard for my husband, it came with a long black hair swirled around in it. I ordered a blizzard for myself and it came out melted and dripping all over the counter. Would not recommend. We came in with a group of 4 and 2 of us ordered while the other two were in the bathroom. Could only get burgers because they told us they "couldn't make any chicken". The other two came to order and were told that they didn't have any burgers and would have to wait 40 minutes?? So much for fast food. Dirtiest Dairy Queen I've ever visited. Shake and Blizzard cups were coated with whipped cream and melted ice cream. I used several bunches of napkins to not only clean my cups, but the counter where they were dripping as well. The shake was thin and blizzard was the consistency of a regular shake. Not many options here, but you're better off buying supplies and making yourself dessert at home. read more

Saw a server take someone's Blizzard that fell out onto the counter and put it back in the cup and serve to an unwitting customer. All the counters were filthy, sticky mess. Customer service appalling. The water dispenser didn't work at all and sprayed close by customers when I tried to use it. I told the cashier. She said "yeah". Outside the establishment was full of trash and the picnic tables filthy with melted ice cream. Tried to speak to the manager but he seemed overwhelmed and clueless on how to rectify the situation. I can not believe someone who works retail - would be so rude! We approached the counter a little undecided. We said said hello, sorry for being undecided. She said nothing. My youngest son 10 years ordered but asked for a clarification on sizes of blizzards. She said nothing. My next son ordered the same and so did my husband. I ordered last and also asked for 3 small ice water cups. She said nothing. She seemed to complete the order and stood waiting. I looked at my husband like this is weird. He handed her $20. She handed him his change. I looked at her and said, excuse me, do you speak? She said nothing. My husband looked at another employee and said, does she speak? She said yes.
