She looked at her computer for a while and then she finally realized she was wrong and gave us one Mcchicken and I said "we asked for another one" she said "while he didn't hear you" and she said it like we were completely wrong. And clearly we didn't know he didn't hear us because he told us to pull up to the second window.

Sometimes it is just missing napkins, which is a real annoyance when eating behind the wheel. Other times the food is wrong, or some item is missing. I've answered the "survey" on my receipt multiple times, providing details about my poor experience. I've even checked the box asking to be contacted. Nobody has ever responded. I can only guess that the management of this store just doesn't care. I have decided to try the takeout offerings from the gas station next door next time. How pathetic Winner McDonald's! When the gas station next door is more appealing for breakfast you've hit rock bottom. You are only in business because there's not viable competition in town.

Because from my first visit I've never received the type of service and hospitality most would expect from Subway, the type of service and hospitality that Subway expects from it's Sandwich Artists. No offer of a footlong. No offer of toasting. No offer of a meal. When I asked about the online ordering not operating the only response I got was "I don't have anything to do with that!" And, not surprisingly, no "Thank You" when I was leaving.
