Pretty good for a McDonald's and food came very fast. Had a pretty big order and it still was really quick service.

Stopped here on our drive back from Rapid City to Omaha. It took 40 minutes to get our food and if I didn't say anything we would have waited longer. The manager came over and didn't say anything, other than I'll refund you. We really just wanted to eat something before a 4.5 hour drive back home. We placed an order using the mobile app and after 20 minutes of sitting in the curbside my husband went in to see if they received the order.. When he gave the gal at the front desk the order number she said, "Oh shit!" covered her mouth and then realized they had kept us waiting. There were no other cars waiting at curbside there was only two families inside, no line, and the drive-through wasn't busy so it was disappointing that my husband had to go in multiple times and then we still had to make multiple return trips into the restaurant for things they forgot, including the drinks only to return a third time because she didn't give him straws & there were none in the lobby. I went back into the restaurant to pick the Frappe that was also on our order, and the same gal told me, "You didn't order a Frappe". So back to the car I return to retrieve my phone to show her the paid order while my husband was coming BACK in for the condiments they also forgot. 10 minutes later I ask about the frappe. She tells me the bag broke and I'd have to wait a minute. After 32 minutes of ordering through the app I received the frappe. Communication would have gone a long way, but FLAT OUT FORGETTING A WHOLE ORDER for 20 Minutes and then having customers having to come in piece by piece is ridiculous. I know it's McDonald's but having eaten at another establishment this morning at a restaurant that was SLAMMED - got our food out right away AND got it right, this is a night and day experience. McDonald's needs to stop promoting the use of their mobile app at the restaurants which are incapable of fulfilling orders. Save yourself the hassle and go to Dairy Queen if you're in Chamberlain SD. read more

When the free coffee at your hotel is just not good enough then you know the big McD will save you. We are still in this COVID-19 pandemic so wearing a mask to go inside is mandatory. I ordered two coffees at a great price and enjoyed them back at my hotel room. read more

Not worth the 1.2 mile off the interstate. Asked for ketchup packets and they will charge you $0.30 for two packets! Seriously! I just spent $25 on food and you're charging me for ketchup? Also wanted cheese on my chicken sandwich which I paid extra for. All I got was the bun and chicken. It clearly states add American cheese on the ticket! I'm not a regular to this franchise but a friend wanted a simple burger and I haven't had a Big Mac in a decade or so. The food was hot and delicious. The store was clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The three one star reviews are obviously from one angry group of idiots and I'd simply ignore them and enjoy a delicious meal at this conveniently located QSR. And to the angry haters...get over yourself! read more

For a chain restaurant I was sadly disappointed! The young guy that took our order did not seem to want to be there and didn't ask the usual " would you like a soda with that" etc. After taking our order he walked away and did not get us the beverage cups. I had to ask another employee for them and he doubted me and second guessed me when I told him a kids, a small and 2 mediums and kept going over my reciept. Our food order was incorrect and when I brought it up to the manager, the replacement burger was still incorrect. ( didn't want ketchup or pickles) Good thing they are the only fast good burger joint in town and you don't have other choices. read more

HUGE variety in the menu. I ordered the cheeseburger and fries. Did I use the restroom? See full review to find out. I looked at the menu to decide what I wanted to eat. I picked out my items, and approached the cashier. I told the cashier what I had decided on. As I spoke, the cashier pushed buttons on their screen. They then gave me a total. I pulled money out of my wallet and gave it to them. They gave me some of it back because I did not have exact change. I got a cheeseburger and fries off the menu. I also got some ketchup on the side for my fries, because I was dining in. I also got a napkin. I took my food to a table and began to consume it. After I ate it I threw my garbage away, and put my tray on top l be garbage can like I am supposed to. I thought about using the restroom, but decided against it. Maybe I will use the bathroom next time I am there, and if I do, I will update my review to tell you about it. read more

Pulled up to order and deaf Karen yelled at me to pull around since I was "too far away" , couldn't tell if the underage children taking my order were laughing at me or giggling at each other but they messed up 2/3 of our order and gave us cold hard fries and watered down coffee . We will never be back , and I would suggest that you stop somewhere else for food . I would rather stave personally. read more

For years this location has been very consistent in wrong orders, missing food, and slopped together meals. Fries thrown in the bag so the fry container is upside down. Burglars so filled with ketchup and mustard, the outside bun is saturated. Cold fries, cold burgers. This morning Severyn McGriddle we ordered tasted like cardboard and the bun was hard. A simple coffee was ordered. Tasted bitter, as if it had been on a 250 degree hot plate for 4 hours. Every once in awhile I decide to give it another try and am dissatisfied 80% of the time. read more

A very fine McDonalds, clean and modern. We came in close to closing, which is a good test of any food establishment. Staff were friendly and attentive, food was hot and as tasty as McDonalds gets, and no one was shoving a mop around our feet or giving us the stink-eye for dining late. Busy location during the July 4th week. Clean location and prompt service. The food was tasty and the fries were perfect - so often they can be overly salted. I will be visiting this McDonald's the next time I need a quick bite to eat. read more

I ordered Qtr ch Meal only mayo.. When I looked at the screen I seen they charged .30 for Mayo.. I asked the cashier McDonald charges for Mayo and he said Yes.. I was like OMG.. I was about 2 eat my food and seen they got my order WRONG!!! They put onions,pickles,mustered & ketchup.. I was WTF and they charged me .30 cents for Mayo .... Wow $8.12 Big ****** up read more
