Food was good, different wait staff, same result. Did her job but wasn't friendly at all. She did stop to talk to a friend/customer that arrived 10 minutes after we did and immediately took her order while we were still waiting. They were obviously friends. They need new faces in the wait staff area. Get friendly staff, it makes a big difference in the overall experience.

Got the counter order pretty quickly, but took a long time for the online order. I finally noticed that my food was at the line and there was no one around to hand my order to me. I asked and got it. When I got to my table, there was literally less than a teaspoon of cheddar sauce on my sandwiches. The bathroom sink was disgusting, so bad I almost didn't wash my hands. Rest of the bathroom seemed ok, but didn't look close because I just went in to wash up. (Edit) I just noticed another review for the same evening. We left about 8:50 ish so they must have come in just after us. Since they mentioned the employee, we had a similar experience. Horrible attitude and threw the entry mat down when he saw us coming in. I left a review at Arby's.com or where ever QR code on the cup takes you. The next day I had my phone on silence, and noticed 4 phone calls with none of them leaving a voice mail. Then I got a phone call from someone (they didn't identify who they were but I assume a manager) on Monday the 10th who was nothing but excuses! I said I didn't need his excuses and hung up. He called back and I told him I was done with Arby's, and hung up. He called again but I didn't answer. I answered the 4th call and yelled at him to stop bothering me. However, we got home to find that our pizzas were NOT as we had ordered them; we both ordered pan crust and got hand-tossed. Also, we were charged $1.80 for extra mushrooms on mine, and I received barely even the average (1x) amount of mushrooms. We have experienced BOTH these errors REPEATEDLY now at the Pierre Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut is known for its pan crust, and if there is some reason pan crust can't be made, this should be known to customers ahead of time, taken off the menu and website. If there is some limit to the number of mushrooms per pizza, extra mushrooms should also be removed as an option on the website, let alone be charged to customers who order it. The service from the drive-thru guy was outstanding, and the food was hot and tasty, but the order was wrong because our requests were disregarded--and this is the last time. If customers' orders cannot be met, you need to let them know ahead of time. We used to love Pizza Hut but won't be back because we can't trust we will get what we ask and pay for.
