I have since learned that this flight, which arrives at 7:45 p.m. is often cancelled. Therefore, this business is scooping up no-show revenue all over the place. No flexibility. Now, I am re-scheduled back to Pierre tonight, same flight but I will pick ANY hotel other than this one when I arrive this evening.
