I have since learned that this flight, which arrives at 7:45 p.m. is often cancelled. Therefore, this business is scooping up no-show revenue all over the place. No flexibility. Now, I am re-scheduled back to Pierre tonight, same flight but I will pick ANY hotel other than this one when I arrive this evening. I will sleep in my rental car before I will give them another nickel.

The ac well that didn't work either. The shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. We attended the conference and let me just say, a steak should not be cooked to resemble leather. Checking out went easy but caught the teenage manager in anther lie. The worked at the desk makes the comment of "I see you registered on our website" hmmm.
