I would never book with this hotel again. I booked because I was flying into Pierre airport last…read morenight, and didn't want to drive 2 hours to my customer at night. The flight was cancelled (by Great Lakes airlines), and our travel agency immediately called to see if room could be cancelled. Nope, no way, no how. Not our problem your flight is cancelled. I have since learned that this flight, which arrives at 7:45 p.m. is often cancelled. Therefore, this business is scooping up no-show revenue all over the place. No flexibility. Now, I am re-scheduled back to Pierre tonight, same flight but I will pick ANY hotel other than this one when I arrive this evening. I will sleep in my rental car before I will give them another nickel.
