As a previous employee im writing this here There corporate has no idea what happens on the ground level will fire just about any staff for 1 bad review even if the employee is not at fault they actively ignore health codes, refuse to offer the store any help getting it back to standard health codes have left them to deal with short staff, and have constantly cut hours of said staff for 'cost effectiveness' as they claim but no ones seen a raise in 3 years breaks are almost non existent due to being understaffed during busy hours and have claimed multiple times to be coming to visit the store and never show up when one there toilets broke it took the GM of the location fighting tooth and nail to get the contractors paid just so they could start the work and even then it took months as corporate had been refusing to pay them for an issue they had to fix prior the store has structure damage that is going on almost 2 years of nothing being done about it the staff at this location are so overworked most dont even want to be there due to seeing no benefit other then a paycheck corporate is so out of touch with there stores its laughable that the place is still running as it seems the only people there making sure the location stays running are the people who work at the location. There's nothing wrong with how the crew run the store and most try there best to serve to the best there trained with as little as they are given but its obvious there a failure with corporate and there communication with there workers and it shows at this point i believe they need to have an investigation opened up against them on poor/basically slave labor practices and failing to abide by federal labor laws as it seems the only thing they care about is there reviews based for a store there activly neglecting. read more

Was in town Feb 7th and thought we'd eat at Arby's. Placed an order through the app (had a bogo beef 'n cheddar) and a order at the counter for a French Dip meal and a large curly fry. Got the counter order pretty quickly, but took a long time for the online order. I finally noticed that my food was at the line and there was no one around to hand my order to me. I asked and got it. When I got to my table, there was literally less than a teaspoon of cheddar sauce on my sandwiches. The bathroom sink was disgusting, so bad I almost didn't wash my hands. Rest of the bathroom seemed ok, but didn't look close because I just went in to wash up. (Edit) I just noticed another review for the same evening. We left about 8:50 ish so they must have come in just after us. Since they mentioned the employee, we had a similar experience. Horrible attitude and threw the entry mat down when he saw us coming in. I left a review at Arby's.com or where ever QR code on the cup takes you. The next day I had my phone on silence, and noticed 4 phone calls with none of them leaving a voice mail. Then I got a phone call from someone (they didn't identify who they were but I assume a manager) on Monday the 10th who was nothing but excuses! I said I didn't need his excuses and hung up. He called back and I told him I was done with Arby's, and hung up. He called again but I didn't answer. I answered the 4th call and yelled at him to stop bothering me. I should note someone from corporate did email me, but the other review having a bad experience I hope they review the video and make staff changes. read more

Arrived at restaurant at 9 PM. Closing time is 10 PM. Help immediately scowled and yelled back to the kitchen the number in our party. Very rudely took our order and then proceeded to slam the chairs around, rammed the mop buckets around us, mutter under their breath, sigh endlessly so we could hear them all the way across the restaurant. The employees there need to learn that if the restaurant hours are until 10 that people still expect good service up until 10. there was only four of us in the restaurant at the time, but they acted like we had come in at 9:59. I hope to manager reads this review and has a good talking to his employees. That type of service, I am not surprised that the restaurant was empty except for us. we are not from this area and it was our first visit to this restaurant. The food quality was good, but the employee experience makes it doubtful that we will ever return to this establishment. we were made to feel very unwelcome. we took the hint and left the restaurant at 9:45, but contemplated just sitting there past hours just to return the favor to them. read more

Got two beef and cheddar meals. Fries were fine, but sandwiches weren't just inedible they were spoiled. Now concerned about food poisoning and we still have five hours left in our drive. Do not recommend visiting this location for any reason. read more

after voicing my complaint about spending 45 minutes in line at the drivethrough and getting warm watered down drinks that had been sitting since i placed my order 35 minutes earlier, i got a call from teh manager (TIM?) anyway, he after complaining that he had been short staffed and that he would have to work all the rushes in the future to see that this doesnt happen again...offerered me two free mealo tickets. I guess he was going to send them to my home as he asked for my address. I never recieved them...STRIKE 2 ARBIES. i eat there once a week, sometimes more and always spend a good buck to feed my family of 4. im so agrevated with Arbys now, not sure if even free meals can get me back, but it would be worth a try ARBY"S! read more

The service was great, the workers seemed very content with their co-workers and tasks, the food was done within 3 mins and there's a cute little bell you can ring before leaving to let them know if they're doing great. I rang it about two-three times, I love the food, super afforadble and quick service. My absolute favorite is the MAC AND CHEESE!!!!!! it's like eating from God's hand and feelings of bliss and serenity. I would recommend the all presidents, governors, dictators, monarchs, etc. from across the world to eat here, specifically. read more

I don't even know where to start. Arby's wasn't even that busy, but it took our group of 9 people nearly 30 minutes to get our food!! People who ordered after us were getting their freaking food before us. Oh and we basically had to beg for our food, and were told "ohh... right. Yours is the next one." ...THE AUDACITY!!! And also, what kind of Arby's runs out of Roast Beef!?!? That is basically THE ONLY THING that you serve, you should have extra roast beef on hand!! Especially on a Saturday night... If I had to give Arby's a rating, I would give them a... 1 ): But my overall rating of Pierre is a 4, so I give Arby's the benefit of the doubt with a collective 2. We did enjoy our walkthrough of Christmas at the Capital, and we also enjoyed the Walmart where we found these amazing 24k gold under eye masks for only $2.50. They really brightened our day until we got back to our hotel in Ft. Pierre, when we found ourselves in a dire situation. We didn't know what time zone we were in. Half of our phones said 9:45 and half of our phones said 10:45!! After we killed ourselves researching, we finally concluded that it was 10:45 in Pierre and I don't even know what it actually was. I am not sure how people who live in Ft. Pierre do it driving into two different time zones each day. If I lived there I wouldn't mind being hit by a car, but I don't know what time zone my funeral would be in. We also found an extremely sketchy gas station that reeked like a rotting corpse from the single moment we stepped in the door, but that was a minor problem. Besides all of the horrible experiences in Pierre, we really did enjoy our stay. The main complaints were our time zone situation, Arby's running out of beef, and the sketchy gas station. So I recommend that they be burned immediately. Do I think that I will return to Pierre someday? I do. read more

Got there kinda late at night. The wife looked at me and said "take me to arbies". She had caught me eyeballing the burger king again. FINE! I yelled but then requested to go to BK after. She agreed. Wifes are good that way ya know. Anywho, she got some food, I had some bites, it was super taste. Anything that gets my wifes mouth close while smiling deserves at least 4 stars.
