The manager, or whomever I spoke with, was very defensive and said some crazy condescending things. Honestly, I realized at that point that I was not dealing with someone who cares. My only question was why at least one of the car hops never noticed that I was sitting in a pickup stall for 20 minutes. Customer service seems to be non-existent. At least she could have been kind!
