This review is for lunch at Noon on a Tuesday. coffee: This serious coffee shop. Although we are not coffee people, this is clearly a very credible set-up. If coffee is your thing, this is your place. service: Everyone we interacted with was professional and helpful. Excellent recommendations and attentive service. food: Based on staff recommendations, my wife had the club panini with pasta salad and I had the chicken salad with chips. Both sandwiches were prepared to order and served quickly. My wife bought a couple of cookies from the case near the cashier. Everything we had was excellent. space: We didn't expect to find such a cool space. This is a former storefront with high, pressed tin ceiling and what appears to be original flooring. In addition, it's great to see such a cross section of diners. The place has a welcoming neighborhood vibe. There are shirts, ceramics, and other items for sale along one wall. details: Downtown Parsons has plenty of surface parking both along Main Street and in a public parking lot on the North side of the building. There were diners at every table; however, some tables are large so we shared with another person. read more

i heard many great things about this gem. i was disappointed in my chicken salad sandwich. I get full very easily and I left starving. First for 8 bucks, the sandwich had barely any salad in it. did not come with tomato or lettuce and no cheese? This place would be so awesome if they had more variety with choices and not scrimp on what they put between two slices of bread. Highly disappointed to say the least. However, the staff is awesome and friendly and makes up for the weak sandwiches. I want to show this place how to make an awesome sandwich! read more

I had oatmeal with fruit and almonds. It was delicious. I also had an Americano. It was good too. The atmosphere is really comfortable. It's sort of like a small town cafe mixed with a urban coffee shop. The barista was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will come again when traveling. read more

This is one my favorite places to eat in this town. Their turkey pesto panini sandwich is excellent. Every month they create new specialty coffee drinks to match the season, and they're always delicious. They also offer to replace the bread of any sandwich with a gluten-free bagel - something that is important for me. As of now they are the best option in Parsons for folks with a gluten sensitivity. I was in town for business last October and there really aren't many choices in town. Breakfast was ok for the cooking options they had to make sandwiches. Coffee was good tho. Felt like a down home country Starbucks without the crazy baristas. read more

I stopped in this little cafe while I was waiting to meet a friend. Decided to get a little something to eat and with this weather, a frozen drink! Both items were delicious! I ordered the Turkey Pesto Panini and a Caramel Macchiato Frappe and I loved both! I will be sure to remember this place next time I'm in town! read more

The management is very nice and friendly, some of the new staff doesn't seem to ne very engaged with their work. The prices are a bit steep but, with no competition, understandable. The place holds terrible business hours but is far better than the alternative (Petes or McDonalds). read more

Coffee here tasted flat & a bit minerally. Small pastry offering at breakfast but my apple fritter thing was good & they warmed it. Nice big space w high ceilings. However, staff was more interested in talking to each other than waiting on customers. It is run by a church group so guess quality us not a priority. read more
