The only good thing about the locations poor service is it is forcing me to not want to go there to buy my favorite drinks which is probably bad for me. We seem to stay in drive thru for more than 10 minutes or longer every single time. I happened to see 4 workers inside our last maybe final visit and can only think it has to be management letting their minions do whatever they want. read more

My family and I went here on July 21st on our way back home. We ordered in the app and did table side service. We waited. Waited some more. After seeing other people get orders, after 25min I finally went up and asked about my order. The kid at the register checked on it, and said oh, the Big Mac, etc. Yeah it's being made. So about another 5min, I ask the manager who comes from the back about my order. A few seconds later, he brings me the bag with the items. First off, this was table side. Second, by the time I got the order, the fries were already cold. We split up the order, and my daughter opened her 6pc nuggets and there are only 4. I look up at the line, and there are about 6 people waiting to not only order, but have their drinks refilled. At this point, everything just kept getting worse. And not just me, but everyone. The customer ordering was upset about a payment issue and just left, the mother at the front of the line told me she didn't get her juice box and apples with her kids' meal. One guy was so upset at the line, he tossed his drink in the trash and walked out. A huge issue was you had the kid taking orders filling drinks. Part of this I fear was his training because not once did he ask for help when he was backed up. I finally told him that he needed to ask for help. He was literally drowning. What's disappointing, is that he never did ask for help. He just kept sinking. At this point, I finally go to the side of the counter as I wasn't going to wait another 10min. I grabbed one of the other associates and told him I was missing 2 nuggets, as well as the sauce for all of the meals. He gives me the 2 nuggets, and some sauce. One sauce was all gummy and gross, so I had to have him give me another. I finally get back to my family, eat, and what was supposed to be a fairly quick in and out turned into over an hour. As we finished up our meal, I heard the customer behind me say... I don't think this shake is Strawberry. Nope, it's Vanilla. Nothing was going right here, and at no point did a manager surface to take care of anything. This restaurant seriously needs some help. If a district manager hasn't been in here recently, they should be. They should also be embarrassed at the reviews all over this McDonald's is getting. I work in a retail environment, and in management, and if where I worked got 1-2 stars consistently all over the board, people would not have jobs. And being fast food should not matter. Leadership is seriously lacking, and the manager on duty that day needs to be talked to about every break down that happened. And that above was just in one hour. I can't imagine the rest of the day. One of the worst if not the worst experience and total mess I have ever witnessed. read more

This place was all around disappointing. For starters, we waited over 30 minutes for our food just to get it and nothing is even fresh. I'd like to point out they were not overly busy at this time either. The nuggets were soggy and honestly seemed like they were re-fried. Our child's apples had expired the day before as well. To top this, the service overall was just not acceptable. We had asked for ketchup and instead of receiving some we were given the impression that staff was too busy to give us some, however they were just screwing around in the back. Staff was not professional in the slightest, inappropriate conversations were occurring with children present. Then comes the cleanliness. The bathrooms were horridly disgusting and didn't seem like they had been cleaned in over a week. Floors looked sticky and gross. Normally we are not a family to complain but this was absurd. 10/10 would not come back to this place. By far one of the worst McDonald's experiences we've had. read more

Don't even brother stopping to use the restroom, they haven't been cleaned since they opened! Flys are eating off the same table you are eating off of. Want a ketchup packet or sauce? Well it's probably an inconvenience to the staff here, they treat you like your wasting their time! Ordered a sandwich and the bun came on upside down and half folded over. I have been to this location about 3 times and will never go again. The food is always horrible and they never have anything ready. All three times they have me pull forward and wait for the food and they always forget to put something in the bag so then I have to wait longer for them to walk back in the store to get what they forgot. read more

I see why this place wasn't packed at dinner time, I didn't read the reviews before stopping... for God's sake how hard is it to mess up McDonalds?!? This place at dinner time had no one... not even a car in the parking lot. But it was open, we were hungry... So no issues getting in and placing our order. Boom, boom, and boom!!! That's where it got exciting... got the usual, "here are your drinks... can you pull forward and we'll have it right out?" No problem... 20 f&ck$ng minutes later... "here you go!!" Not even, sorry we took so long or we are sorry for the wait. Also in that time, we didn't have anyone behind us... so 20 minutes to make the best McDonalds we ever had?? Not even close... they forgot the 10 piece nugget... you got one order and you mess it's jacked up worse than the lady who took our orders teeth... meth made me work faster lady... not only were we down 10 nuggets... the fries were soggy and cold... and the mcchicken's were cold. Like they been sitting just outside the hot lamp since the lunch rush. You can get the couple to the altar... but delivering the goods was awful execution. Only time I wish we had gone to Taco Bell... I'd expect a shit show from them. Then I read the reviews... By far the worst experience I have had at McDonalds in this country. The employees are dull; void of any friendliness what-so-ever. This McDonald's problems are certainly representative of the management. If you go through the drive through, you will be missing part of your order. I was in town for work for a week. I ended up eating 4 meals from this location as it is one of the very few places with a drive thru and after a 15 hour day I just want my food and go to the hotel. First meal out of 4 was correct. Second, I was given a hot coffee even though I asked for an iced caramel coffee, the lady argued with me about what I ordered, I checked my receipt and my mobile order and I was right. Third, I just grabbed the bag and left. I didn't get half of my order, but no way was I getting out again. Fourth and final meal took almost 40 minutes to get an iced coffee (that was wrong), oatmeal, and sausage McMuffin. read more

Don't go here even if you're desperate! On our way from Branson to Wichita, getting ready to enter the Flint Hills, we knew we had to get something now. Saturday evening and most of Parson's restaurants are closed at 7:00 pm. Read Parsons McDonald's reviews on Yelp, and knew it looked dim, but we were desperate. Arrive to the store and it is recently remodeled and seemingly clean. Waited a while to give our order as the girl going to take it was running back and forth trying to get drive thru orders out the window. Ordered a southwest chicken salad with crispy chicken and fries; had to repeat the order as she was distracted when taking it. Bacon ranch salad which she said was available, though not listed anywhere on the menu, 2 McDoubles, and another fries. The kids and I waited out in the car while the husband waited for the food. He texts out to me "They really are clueless". About 20 minutes later, he arrives to the car with the goods. The chicken on my salad appeared to have been in the warmer for days, so dry and not to mention cold; I had to pick it off. It had tomato's on it which don't come on that salad and it was missing the lime wedge. Only one set of utensils. Other salad had a mediocre piece of chicken that looked like a chef's delight compared to mine. The husband said they originally handed out our sack of burger and fries out the drive thru and then had to prepare a new one for us. He offered to go in a try to resolve the problem with the salad, but we decided that it would probably take another 20 minutes to do that and justified not doing it knowing I had my fries to fill me up. Food and drinks were fine. The service was terrible. We started in the drive thru and they were running late switching from breakfast to lunch. Told it would be a few minutes and we had no problem with that at all. We paid and pulled into a reserved spot to wait for our order to be brought out. And waited. And waited. Twenty minutes went by and my husband had to go in and check on our order. He was told it had been given to another customer and they would remake it. While he was inside an employee brought me a bag of food and apologized for the wait. I told her my husband was inside checking on the order, and she said she would send him out. Then I checked the bag and it wasn't our order. Not even close to our order. So, I waited for my husband to come out (we had kids in the vehicle) and waited. And waited. I got out, got the kids out and we traipsed inside with the bag full of someone else's food. Handed it over and waited several more minutes for the corrected order. Which we carefully checked before leaving -- no one wants to travel with angry kids who get to eat a fish sandwich instead of their happy meal. There is not enough Tylenol in the world to handle that road trip. So, got the food. Got the kids back in the car. Food was hot and fresh! 35 minutes later! I am hoping the staff was just having a bad day. They were apologetic at least. read more

We were coming home from a vacation and decided to go through the drive thru. I got a quarter pounder and took the bottom bun off because I alway only eat one bun. There was a piece of paper on the meat the size of a quarter. I wouldn't have seen it had I not removed the bun. I took a picture with my phone for evidence. Don't stop here if you are in a hurry. Only 1 cash register going 10 people in line, 7 tables waiting for their food (about 14 table tops in whole restaurant). We have been waiting for 15 minutes & still no food. Had to wet a napkin in the RR to clean our own table. Its is Sunday at noon, but this is just off a major highway, so they should know to staff up. We travel thru here at least 20 times a year & have stopped here many times, so its our own fault, we know this location is poorly ran, but this is ridiculous. This McDonald's is probably the most poorly ran location in the United States. Every time I have came into the restaurant the person taking your order has no idea what they are doing and has to ask another worker how to ring in something as simple as a #6. Not only are most of the workers clueless but are almost emotionless when spoken to. This is probably due to the poor management as the only manager I ever see there looks extremely unprofessional with a dirty uniform and an unfriendly attitude. Most of the time you would think there wasn't even a manager there with how workers who are off the clock loitering in the restaurant, vaping, talking with workers on the clock, and discuss who wants to switch shifts behind the registers instead of tending to the line of customers in front of them. The food isn't bad, and the restaurant is decently clean, but the management is non existent. Making this place almost unbearable to go to just for that reason alone. read more
