The burgers are cooked to order and come out piping hot. The flavor is better than most gourmet-style burger places yet the price is cheaper than most fast-food places for an improved quality and quantity. We have ordered a few pizzas for pick up and they are always hot and taste amazing. Their crust is the older style thin but slightly thick which gives some chew to it. The grab-and-go slices tend to be warm to hot but yet still full of flavor even when they have been sitting for a bit in the warmer. The pizza is just the right amount of thin but has more dough than most chain store thins which gives it structure and flavor.

One employee pretended to go and speak to the manager but he did not do well to hide his fraud. He did not realize we could still see him and what he did. He then went to the register and said he was "taking" care of it. He did not push any buttons but he "pretended" he was going to refund my money. We was not even behind the register. We just went along with it because it was not going to do any good to continue because they did not know what they were doing or didn't care. Either way I was charged for an item I did not get nor did I get the refund after nearly a week. It is a shame because I was a first time customer and a last time one.

Just last night I had ordered a chicken Parmesan sub and Chicken Marsala. I did it on an online app and asked for no mushrooms with the Chicken Marsala. The delivery came early. There were mushrooms in the Chicken Marsala but very few and it was easy to eat around. I had no problems picking them out. Then, 30 minutes after their closing time, I received a phone call from the manager or owner, I'm not sure which. He apologized profusely for the mix up despite me telling him it was not a big deal. He insisted that on my next order I should get a free slice of cheesecake to try. It is far better service than I have experienced from most restaurants in Pittsburg and a great deal of customer loyalty to go out of their way to accommodate such a minor error, especially when I had made no contact to even notify them the error had occurred. Great place to eat or get delivery. Their pizza is also the best in town.

I love Dominos pizza but I will likely not be supporting the Pittsburg location as long as Leah is treating customers this way.
