The manager, or whomever I spoke with, was very defensive and said some crazy condescending things. Honestly, I realized at that point that I was not dealing with someone who cares. My only question was why at least one of the car hops never noticed that I was sitting in a pickup stall for 20 minutes. Customer service seems to be non-existent. At least she could have been kind!

And you will find out that this diner is, inexplicably, closed. BUT you will find a shiny, brand new Sonic drive in filled with some of the nicest Kansasans you will ever meet. I love Casey's pizza, but won't get one again at the Parsons, KS store. I emailed Casey's customer service on Friday night, but this is Monday night and I still have yet to get a reply.
