Extremely disappointing experience at this Subway. Customer service was deplorable -- the staff member was very rude and responded to every request with "oh my gosh," which felt disrespectful and unprofessional. On top of that, I was charged nearly $14 for a simple 6-inch veg sandwich, which felt completely unreasonable for what I received. Definitely not worth the price or the experience. Would not recommend this location. read more

We ate at this SUBWAY and ordered our regular lunch. When the bill came it was over $30. This is highway robbery for a couple sandwichs and I will not be visiting this location again, BUYER BEWARE!! I know Page is a tourist area, but ...! PS we ate lunch at another Subway in Idaho Falls, ID and the same order was $19.26 read more

Dude. Worst subway ever. INFLATED PRICES with a sob story sign that says that Subway needs to keep their prices high because of the economy. We agree the economy sucks horribly because of current administration, but we, the customer can't afford anything either! NEVER go here! read more

Had a bad experience with customer service. I suggest you go the one by Burger King or Safeway. I ordered a tuna sandwich and she put on a thin paste of tuna and when I asked her for more she said she'd charge me $4 more for 2 more scoop. I told her that that is not enough tuna in the first place because I get the sandwich often. Than she said that she didn't have to serve me so she threw the sandwich in trash. All 3 stores are owned by one person. Obviously the owner is not paying attention to customers service at Walmart store or reading the reviews. The store by Burger King has a better customer service. read more

No reply "sandwich artesian" didn't listen to what we were saying to her. Asked what sauce, then grabbed the one she wanted not what my wife wanted. Would not let us use their bathroom. We spent just under $50 and we can't use their bathroom? !!! I asked for oil/vinegar on mine, can't even see it. I really thought I saw it coming out of the bottles. Did there DRY bread soak it up? I haven't eaten at a subway in 20 years when I was in Phx. Don't remember why, but now I have another reason to choose something else, almost anything else other than SUBWAY! Burger King is in easy walking distance... strongly recommend that over wrong way subway ! read more

That side hustle Deluca peluca Pizza mini side store has a $8.00 personal pizza. However, what's rather confusing clearly says the price and above it says "with one topping". When I inquired what was that about, the morning employee with the glasses and brown hair girl behind the counter goes ".. that one topping IS the cheese". That's the most misleading thing I wouldn't think that was a thing that not even other pizza franchise practice that marketing. The pizza was mediocre ok, could've cooked a bit more and not feel generic when biting into it, the cheese shouldn't easily slide out, but I feel I could've gotten a better deal, even at the frozen food for the taste or establishment elsewhere for the price deal. read more

I usually enjoy going to Subway for a quick and decent meal, but today's experience was incredibly disappointing due to the rude behavior of one of the employees. From the moment I walked in, their attitude was dismissive and unwelcoming. They acted as if taking my order was a burden and were visibly irritated when I asked for a couple of toppings to be added. What really stood out was the tone they used--it was short, impatient, and completely lacking in basic customer service. I understand everyone can have a rough day, but there's a difference between being busy and being blatantly rude. A simple smile or basic politeness goes a long way, and unfortunately, that was completely missing here. I hope the management takes this seriously and provides some proper customer service training, because experiences like this really discourage people from coming back . Worker was working in the morning wearing glasses, brown hair. read more

I just got charged almost $15 for a 6-in Subway club at the subway here on Hall road in Page Arizona. If you're going between Kanab and Flagstaff pick a subway at one of those locations instead of this one. Clearly they're in the business of just trying to rip people off. I'll never come here again read more

Didn't even bother ordering food. Employees were in the back and payed no attention to the front. When one finally came over, the tried to make me pay $4 for a cup of ice. No chance. will not be coming back read more

We were the 1st customer on a Sunday morning of 2nd Nov 2025. the service girl was just rude! Throwing food around, looking very angry with an angry tone. Not a very great start of the day. My kids were actually intimidated by her. Very disappointing. Then when we paid, the machine asks for a tip... need to look at the service they are providing first before asking for a tip. Horrible behaviour. read more

Came into town to visit lake Powell and went to Walmart to stock up- stopped by subway and wanted a salad meal to share w family- not too hungry , asked the lady about some options with a smile, received very rude and short answers. $20 for salad meal with tip that was prompted on screen. Then I had the audacity to ask for another fork to share with my son and she plainly said you only get one fork. told hubby what happened and he asked again and got the same answer, he asked to talk to a manager and then she said we're out of forks and gave us a spoon nice read more

It's a shame that I live and work near 2 Subway restaurants and would love to get a quick sandwich here and there but both locations are so overpriced because of the tourism that you might as well get a steak for the price that you're paying. Staying in town for the day and had to run into Walmart to get a few things we forgot and this morning 10/26/2023 @ 10:30 am had the worst customer experience. The smaller lady with shorter hair was cleaning counters when I walked and literally sighed and turned and stomped off to go behind the counter and serve me. I thought for a second about just saying never mind but I was hungry and didn't want to go anywhere else. Anyways I ordered the easiest sandwich she'll make all day and she just acted so inconvenienced the entire time. Food was alright but damn she needs some customer service training. read more

Worst customer service I've had in a LONG time. The woman behind the counter clearly hates her job. She pretty much yelled at me and my family the moment we stepped foot in the place. Not to mention it was the worst salad I've ever had, very little toppings to choose from and overpriced. read more

Located inside the local Walmart. I was hesitant to write a review, but after some consideration decided it warranted one. We ordered three foot long sandwiches. When my turn came, my mind went blank. I knew what type of bread I wanted but needed a visual. The guy thought I wanted flat bread. I said no. I wanted a soft roll. He took his knife and angrily tapped the window multiple times indicating where the bread choices were listed. Obviously the customer wasn't first in his book. 3.0 for the sandwich 1.0 for the sandwich maker read more

Horrible service. As I'm ordering, the lady behind the counter just stares at me without any motivation to get me my order. Very awkward. Food tastes fine, out of a lot of drinks though. Ambiance is fine, nothing special. Overall, pretty awful though. read more

This place absolutely robs you for a crappy Subway sandwich. What happened to $5 footlongs? The 6 inches are over $10. The vegetables are wilted, the lettuce on my sandwich was browning, the tomatoes were soggy, and the bell peppers translucent. I mean let's be honest, Subway is never a 5-star experience, but this was one of the worst I've ever had and for over twice the price of what I pay at my local subway. I know there aren't many options when driving down, but I'd save your money and keep driving to find a drive through. The man preparing our sandwiches was also coughing with no mask on, which I don't care if you don't wear a mask, but if you're sick and preparing food that seems like the one time you should. read more

We had lunch there after our Walmart run and I really appreciated how the lady manager? Made time to chat with my parents and wish us a good trip. It made them feel right at home in snowy Page. Also they were really generous with the chicken and veg! They also had pizza which was not bad; you could choose your ingredients like the sub unlike other outlets I visited which gave me a frozen pizza. All in all a good pit stop for a quick fuel up in Page. read more

Found this Subway sandwich shop located inside Walmart at Page, AZ. What can I say? It is a typical Subway. When it comes to their branches, they are all very consistent. Two things can change the experience. Service and cleanliness. For this Subway visit, service was fine & place was clean. Oh, they also sell Auntie Anne's Pretzels. First time that I have seen them sold at a Subway. 3 stars for this Subway branch. Good place to grab a sandwich and pretzel. read more

The person who made my sandwich was very nice and he made sure my sandwich was good. There wasn't many people in this subway and it is inside of a Walmart. I don't think that the two young girls working at the Subway shop next to stater brothers on Stanford in Florida have any business closing early because they're young and they don't care they closed and had everything cleaned up by 8:15 and it's open till 830 as me and they should take everything off the shelves and out of it read more

My husband ordered two sandwiches, after a bite or two, we realized they didn't taste right. Threw them out in fear of getting sick. The one star I'm giving is not deserved. I went there on 11/18/2020 Their customer service sucks to put it bluntly Danielle was so rude and made a smart remark to the male cashier about "the proper way to order a subway" as if i wasn't standing right there and was stupid for not knowing the PROPER " way to order. The male employee was no better when I asked for some napkins he said they are in the bag, and when i responded that there was none in there he rudely grabbed an excessive handful of napkins and threw them in my bag. Maybe subway corporate should train Danielle and the rest of their employees to PROPERLY treat their customers!!!!!!!! read more

Subways are a known quantity. For the most part the sandwiches taste the same no matter which one you go but what varies is the price. This has to be one of the more expensive ones. Also the bathroom was dirty. read more

I'm very disappointed in my sad tuna sandwich. If you are a vegitarian dont bother ordering a vegie sub from subway. As I witnessed the "sandwich artist" dove her claws in the pepper and other veggie assortments immediately after grabbing a gob of meat with the very same gloved claw. Why can't subway get their act together? A new rib sub, that they advertise constantly, is a cold slab of mystery meat with ice cold bbq sauce on toasted bread. By reading these complaints. I would really suggest Nikala to help you with your sandwich. She did not do it sopply, it was perfect. She made sure I was satisfied with my bread before she left it in the toaster longer. She had great customer service. As I know nikala was the only one working. Nikala did a great job on getting everybody their sandwiches. It's sad that I've given her a $30 on register. But she told me that whomever works there with her she has to split it with that person.
