However, what it lacks in seating it makes up in everything else. We were just passing by Tennessee and read this was the go-to local burger place and we decided to give it a try. The service is great, and the line goes amazingly fast. I tried the Big Pal burger combo with fries after a long drive for under $8 and let me tell you - it is legit. The burger doesn't try to be anything fancy or creative, and it doesn't have to. It's perfect just as it is. The fries could be compared to the McD's ones in taste, but a bit crispier and thinner. This establishment makes their employees work in the midst of a national emergency. Some people just want a place to sit and chill when eating their Pizza. You don't have to serve us. Just hand us our food and we'll find a table to take care of ourselves. Most fast food places don't serve to your table anyways. 3. If you're short staff, than hire more workers. This isn't the COVID-19 Outbreak of 2020 anymore. That excuse doesn't get a pass anymore. A lot of places would rather work on lesser staff which stresses out workers causing them to do more work for the same amount of pay, than hire more workers. All in the act of saving money. The tables were not very clean and there were crumbs on the chairs. The ladies restroom needed some attention. As to the employees, they had to put their electronic devices down when we came in. We almost felt like we were interrupting them. They took our order and immediately went back to their electronic devices. The most they said was when we left.
