The people that work here are awesome and the sandwiches were great as usual. What I really appreciated how they handled a rude customer at closing. The customer was terrible to them but they maintained a professional attitude, while the rest of us laughed at the rude customer. Great food, awesome service. read more

I ordered two giant drinks and when I arrived the worker at the counter gave me two regular drinks. I asked them if these were the giant drinks and they said yes despite me seeing the drink rack right on the counter with two sizes and mine being the smaller of the two and using the smaller lids. It's not that big of a deal, but I'd like what I ordered. read more

Friendly service and this crew is always busy when I come in. Clean and productive!!!!

We ordered a Veggie sub here a few weeks ago and it was excellent! Chock full of fresh veggies and delicious!! Tonight we ordered a grilled Veggie sub and it was awful! It had a thin layer of grilled vegetables spread very thinly between two sub half rolls. It was dry / no mayo or oil or dressing! Not at all satisfying!!! We won't be back. read more

I love love love Jersey Mikes. The club sub will always be my go to! I'm not a huge fan of their hot sandwiches but that is just me being picky. The bread is always so good and the bacon is always crispy. read more

Service is awful. Dirty gloves on all. Stood there 10 min and no one cared to take an order. Only one other person in store. 4 workers. None of them looked like they cared. Gave me dirty looks as i walked out. Unless your mobile did not want to take order. Manager should be aware of how much lost business and cleanliness standard is not met read more

Ordered the other day from the store in Colonial Heights. The website changed the store to the one in Johnson City at checkout. I tried to call the store to cancel the order and their phone number is "not in service". I don't know why they ask "who's the sandwich for?" They don't mark the sandwiches anyway. Left a complaint on the website and they said the stores are individually owned, we'll forward to the store. The individual store doesn't run the website, they don't have a working phone number, and they're going to answer an email? Nope, they didn't. The sandwiches are great but good help is just impossible to find. read more

Wonderful place to have lunch!! Employees are super nice and courteous! We will definitely be back.

Great sandwiches! Always very clean inside. And they have gluten free bread! They also have a nice rewards program and the app is great!

They are awesome at the Mountcastle Dr. Location. Free brid was to be sung in our special instructions. They sang it! Great voices too. We love the food!!! Great service too! Ordered on line and always ready and always right!!! read more

Been watching the online menu for a couple of years now because I'm not gonna drive 40 miles one way and not get the sandwich I want. Since you took the one sandwich I always bought off your menu, (the Reuben) I haven't been back. Why visit a restaurant when you cannot get the food you are used to and want? Until you bring back the Reuben, you're not going to bring back my (or my familys) business. Sorry, but until you listen to your customers, you're going to lose business. read more

Horrible service. This store has lost my business forever. Extremely rude employees.

consistency of great quality, freshness, professionalism, and friendliness. They go above and beyond in taking care of me. It's an assembly of a cohesive team. read more

My wife and I ate here today. The food was excellent. The store was very clean. The staff were outstanding. Very friendly and upbeat. They even sang along with the radio in the background a few time. The overall experience was a fun and light enjoyable time with great food. We will definitely return. And recommend this location to our friends. read more

Almost never get the right sandwhich I ask for. I've eaten here about 10 times and 3 of them I've bitten into crunchy sharp chicken and no explanation from the staff when I call and ask about it. Never eating here again read more

I would have rated higher if the employees wore masks. Food is consistent and employees are friendly.

Love this place. Food is always fresh and the employees are friendly. never had a bad sandwich from here.

I love this place!!! The Girls there are always so friendly and the subs are always so fresh and delicious!! Thank you Brianna, Paige, Taylor & Heather for always making my experience top notch. read more

I always make sure to stop in here when I am heading to Elizabethton. The Big Kahuna is the best sandwich on the planet. Be sure to get extra peppers! read more

The subs are delicious, but they randomly close HOURS early because they "ran out of bread." Who does that?? They've been closed at 6 or 7pm on a Saturday enough times that I will usually pick some other take-out instead of running the risk that I'll be disappointed by them not being there. read more

I'm visiting from DC and I came in because my mother loves Jersey Mikes and the girl preparing the sandwiches kept touching her hair with her gloves and just going right back to making sandwiches so we left! Really, Jersey Mikes! ? read more

I really like their subs. Usually get the Italian or Big kahuna. This shop is pretty small though compared to the others I've been to. The staff is okay not really pleasant or welcoming but they do their job. read more

I use to go to JM's all the time even when I was a district mgr for Subway!! I LOVE their subs.. Still do.. One of my sons shares my love for the subs.. Due to medical reasons etc it's been. A few months since I've been in so today after leaving the doctors office I called my son that was home sick to see if he wanted to share a sandwich.. Of course he did!! I left my wallet at home all I had on me was almost $11 bucks.. I walked in and notice that I don't even have enough money to but their large sandwich cause boy did those prices jump up!! Ouch!! I searched for a sub that I might could afford after having 3 rude looks and 3 employees acting as if I was a bother!! I finally found a bacon sub that was $9 and something (the cheapest outside a veggie I think) I barely had enough after tax!! Way to high of prices considering subway has $5 bacon which isn't as good but half the price I can sacrifice some flavor.. After watching the girl put on gloves I tell her what I want.. She goes back to the grill area to get my bacon where she also takes time out to talk to the 2 boys leaned against the wall worried about talking, you could tell she was aggravated that I walked in and disturbed them and she couldn't stand and talk as well.. So I'm waiting and my time is ticking down cause I've gotta take this home share it with my son and get to the school by 3 to pick up my other 3 children.. She's talking away and reaches in her pocket pulls out her cell phone (gloves still on) and scrolls thru showing the boys something.. She comes back to me doesn't change her gloves and continues to make my sandwich (I took food safety classes knowing this is a HUGE violation!! A critical one) so she's asking me what I want in my sandwich.. I tell her.. Ha ha she's laughing at talking to the boys.. She's asks what was that you wanted.. I tell her ago she repeats the first thing I answer yes.. She talks somemore and then says what else again (insert giggling) I repeated again!! She puts a few more things on still talking and the guy comes up while im still telling her why I want!! Again she ask ( no take in consideration they don't have that much stuff on their bar like subway does) first time should of been enough.. I felt like i wasn't a valued customer that I was bothered and now I have to eat a sub cause I'm in a hurry that she's touched her phone etc ( phone has been showed to have as much germs or more then a public toliet!! Learned that in food safey) so thanks so much for my almost $11 sandwich which by the way DOESN'T come with cheese at that price but subways $5 footlong does!! So very disappointed in a place that I use to have so much love for... read more
