The service was poor you could here someone in the kitchen complaining about having to make the food so yea that sucked. They were out of almost all of the sides we waited at least 20 min for our food and they never made new French fries my chicken nuggets were so old and dry I couldn't even eat them so I ordered a fuego bo-rito it wasn't bad but I think it was the. Hottest thing I had ever eaten also the restaurant was dirty nobody was cleaning just kinda standing around because it wasn't busy at all this place will close if they don't get it figured out soon (worst no less wings ever) very disappointing read more

I've recently placed a couple of larger orders at this location and have consistently been impressed by their quality food and customer service. Their team members are very friendly and eager to please. While waiting a very few minutes for my order yesterday, one of the staff gave me a cup so I could have a free drink while waiting. I highly recommend Bojangles at this location! read more

This review is about this specific location, not Bojangles in general. I love Bojangles in general, fréquent them when in the south/near a location, and love that breakfast is served all day. This location however, has the friendliest staff. Every time you enter you are greeted by not just the cashier, but every staff member you run into. The food is also served extremely fresh- never any soggy fries here. Definitely one of the best Locations I've been to. read more

Let's face it. We all know what to expect from Bojangles. This is the South where Bojangles are as common as a McDonald's. Meanwhile, service varies by location. We found this particular one to dish out service as good as the chicken tenders and sweet tea they offer. The staff made us feel like we were at home. It was roughly 9pm and rather than serving us lukewarm fries and Chicken Supremes they made fresh ones to ensure only the best quality was delivered. And, rather than the normal sprinkle of seasoning they loaded the fries up, bringing a memorable taste. They also made us fresh Pecan Twists and Bo Berry Biscuits. I've been to many Bojangles that would have served us the items that had been sitting too long under a heat lamp. This one didn't and we thank them for that. I love everything about Bojangles, even the name. Way back when, my mommy used to buy me a biscuit and juice before daycare if we were running late. I still find Bojangles to be my comfort fast food. Country ham biscuits, dirty rice, sweet potatoe pies, honey biscuits and the chicken(of course) are some of my favorites. Quite honestly, if I were forced to eat at only one fast food establishment for the rest of my life; I could happily survive on just the chicken and pies from here. read more

Great sweet tea. Love any food there that begins with "Bo" -- Boberry biscuits, Botato rounds, you name it. Best fried chicken among the fried chicken chains. And I recently discovered their breakfast all day policy is great for Meatless Mondays when I can come in and have an egg & cheese biscuit combo. Reasonable prices, excellent service. My only complaint is that their biscuits tend to be a little on the greasy side. read more

We stopped in for a quick meal while passing through town yesterday. The location was very clean and updated. Our food was served very quickly and fresh. My biggest complement is to their staff. Trash. I regret going here. I got a 3 wing combo and two sides. The only thing I enjoyed was the biscuit. The wings seemed stale and the breading was hard; in addition, the wings themselves had very little meat on them. Now on to the sides, I had mac n' cheese and mash potatoes. They were both in containers probably less than 4oz. The mac and cheese was bland with hints of plastic that made me a little queasy. The mash potatoes might have well as been a paper flavored purée garnished small pieces of sausage covered in slime. In short I was left feeling hungry and disgusted. read more

So after a doctors appointment 8/18/2015 I went to the 2108 Mountcastle Drive location. The worst service I've ever had in any Fast Food place ever, much less a Bojangles.
