I went through the drive through earlier today to get a bite to eat before school, and when they gave me my change, they didn't give me my receipt. I asked for one, and the cashier acted surprised that I did. I didn't think anything of it until after I finished eating and glanced at it to find they had not given me all of my change. When I went in and asked for it (I assume it was the manager) told me that because of the penny shortage they were "rounding down." When I started to get angry they gave me my change. In pennies. This location TRIED TO STEAL FROM ME. I've been eating at Wendy's pretty regularly for over 30 years, in multiple states, and this is the first time a franchise ever tried to STEAL MONEY FROM ME. I contacted corporate of course, but this location has LOST A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE.
