Wendy's - Fast Food Near Me - Johnson City, Tennessee

I'd give no stars if I could. I'm a student at ETSU across the street from this location. I went through the drive through earlier today to get a bite to eat before school, and when they gave me my change, they didn't give me my receipt. I asked for one, and the cashier acted surprised that I did. I didn't think anything of it until after I finished eating and glanced at it to find they had not given me all of my change. When I went in and asked for it (I assume it was the manager) told me that because of the penny shortage they were "rounding down." When I started to get angry they gave me my change. In pennies. This location TRIED TO STEAL FROM ME. I've been eating at Wendy's pretty regularly for over 30 years, in multiple states, and this is the first time a franchise ever tried to STEAL MONEY FROM ME. I contacted corporate of course, but this location has LOST A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. read more

Sooo bad I asked for fresh food after a long shift at my job and nothing was good everything was sooo terrible. 10 out of 10 would never recommend. Also the late night manager on a Monday night between 11 and 12 should get a new job if you treat your costumers with such disrespect. I don't know her name but I will find out. I work hard for my money and hadn't eaten anything. I'm completely disappointed with the leave of service and charismatic of the management. Sooo bad!!! read more

This was my third and last visit! 1st time I ordered a salad and the lettuce was was brown and wilted, I informed the store and it was replaced. 2nd time I picked up the replacement for the bad salad and everything was good except the temp of the fries. 3rd time we ordered a baconater and it came with 1 piece of bacon, ordered a baked potato and a chicken wrap. The potato had been cooked so long that only 1/3 of it could be eaten, the wrap had old lettuce and no ranch dressing on it. I was so excited to hear that Jonesborough was getting a Wendy's and now I believe that restaurant is a waste of space! read more

I used to love Wendy's but maybe it's just this area and an inability to hire people w some sort of customer service skills. There was 3 cars in front of me in the drive thru, just 3. It took 18 minutes for me to get to the order screen. The "girl" taking order did not turn her microphone off and you could hear everything being said. She took my order, it was wrong, I asked that she repeat my order and she said she will fix it when I got to the window. What's the point of ordering before you get to the window. It did sound like they were having a good time however so that one thing...I just drove away. read more

Wendy's chili from this location is terrible. It is so watered-down with little ground beef and beans. I will be getting chili at the Elizabethton location. I don't know they can make it so badly. read more

The food was great! No issues whatsoever. But better than that was their customer service! They we so kind and went above and beyond. Fast food places often don't have notably sufficient service, but theirs was profoundly excellent. We had the chance to talk to the manger who was super kind-hearted and generous. This will be a go-to spot from now on. read more

I stopped here as the last stop until Nashville (road trip). I think I was one of their first customers of the day since I got there at around 10:30AM. I was greeted with a smile by several employees. I got the 4 for 4 deal. Not only were the fries and nuggets hot and crispy but the bacon was too. Not to mention fast. By the time I filled up my cup, the order was ready. The management seems to care a lot about the look and feel of this place. It shows. read more

The store could be renovated, just saying. I used to not even give Wendy's a second thought but I got some coupons in the mail so I decided to use them. First of all, I ordered at the drive thru window with ease. Told them about my coupons and they were accomidating to my custom requests. Then I get to the window and the manager is being very friendly asking about my day. Then I get my food which is wrapped very neatly and tight. I hate a loosely wrapped burger. I dont want to have to adjust my burger before eating it, it's annoying and the sauces will slide and get all over your fingers. Anyways since I've been back over and over, they have never gotten my food wrong and its always fresh. All they need is a remodel. read more

Go here if You are absolutely broke. The dollar menu will get you by. You will eat but not well.

Took a bit for them to get to us. But the teamwork was awesome. They got our order right. Food was good. And a little computer glitch didn't stop them. read more
