Spicy Chicken Combo

We always have lunch during breakfast hours when traveling. This location allowed us to mobile order that and they started preparing it immediately. I activated the check in procedure on the app while about 10 minutes away and they had it done shortly after I arrived. The place was as busy as they always are and yet they made my lunch order at 9 in the morning or so without complaint. As for the food everything was obviously fresh and tasted exactly as it should've. For those who complain about stale food I would suggest trying lunch during the early hours, they fix everything fresh and it's always delicious.

Paper

I went around 2 pm to grab my usually grilled nuggets. Today I got a unpleasant surprise of some kind of paper in my container under my nuggets. Thought maybe it might have been skin even though that would have been odd. Upon further investigation I notice it to be paper. Possible a wax paper. Guess I'm done with this establishment since they clearly don't have a process in place to keep foreign objects out of there food.

First time at this Chick-fil-A. Came at noon and it was fast. Not sure when they remodeled, but it was attractive and clean. My Fries and sandwich were hot. Felt very comfortable in the AC, very cool inside.

But when we arrived, right after they opened on a Sunday morning, we were told that they only serve "what we refer to as 'brunch' on Sundays", and were handed paper menus with five items on it. Slightly confused, hoping we could still order off of their main menu, we waited for the waitress to return with our coffee (three Americanos and one latte). And we waited. And then we waited. And we waited some more. While we waited, three other parties came in, sat down, questioned the menu, then got up and left. Had it been just us that had that reaction to the abbreviated menu, I would have voted to woman up and just stay put. I didn't want to be "those tourists" who get all riled up about something local that doesn't fit their expectations. But once we (finally!) got our coffee and asked the waitress for clarification, we realized we had to go. The menu was the menu. Their sides - which are referenced on the menu but are never explained - were lackluster for the "base" and even less impressive for the "premium" options, which of course would have cost us even more money. That, paired with the uninspired and surprisingly one-note menu just drove us right out the door. My latte was at least delightful, but that's all I can say. Also, the place was likely very clean, because we were hit by a powerful smell of disinfectant and/or cleaner when we walked in. And finally, the waitress removed my menu after she saw me taking a picture of it. She didn't touch anybody else's menu, just mine.

Portions are more than enough for me any combo chosen. My go to is usually the spud and sandwich. This round was the Caesar salad and King Club (angus beef). The food seemed to come out a lot slower than expected for there only being a few tables sat, but nonetheless, the food was filling. And a worker did come around to pick up plates once he noticed my husband was done. Overall, a decent atmosphere and experience. Much improved from last visit where half the lobby was unavailable for seating due to a catering order and chairs on tables.

We had to get in line like we were at a cafeteria and place our order and then somebody brought it out to the table but that was the extent of the service so I really can't criticize that.

This has got to be a prank. I think I've been punk'd. I…read moreordered a 1/2 soup and 1/2 sandwich combo, a fruit bowl, and a bowl of chicken noodle soup today from Panera. We received our order and the first thing out of the bag was the fruit bowl. The pictures showed strawberries, cantaloupe, and blueberries. Picture will be posted. No strawberries and very thinly sliced cantaloupe. Then I pull out the bbq 1/2 sandwich. There is only a very tiny amount of chicken on the middle of the half sandwich. Hey they put a good amount of bbq on there. Pictures posted on this as well. If this is the amount of food you get on the sandwiches there will be one less Panera bread customer. So I called thinking surely there was a mistake. Manage says we have measuring cups for the food and it was indeed correct. They didn't have strawberries for the fruit cup so they couldn't give any. No apologies, no added other fruit or more of one of the other fruits. When I stated the chicken was only in the middle part of the sandwich she stated once again they have measuring cups for that. I surely hope Panera is not that stingy with their food that comes at premium prices.. I'm telling you if I could give it a zero I would. I ate bbq bread, thin slices of cantaloupe and a few blueberries. Soup cups 1/2 full, I can only imagine they use measuring cups for that as well.. What little circle of chicken I did eat was ok. The 1/2 cup (bowl according to them) was warm and Thank Goodness my daughter was sick because the half "bowl/cup" would not have been enough otherwise. Absolutely do not recommend and won't be back.

My favorite Chicago restaurant has this name (also has the distinction of being Chicago's oldest Italian restaurant). Anyway, so the name is not unique. What you do have here is some pretty solid pizza. Being a bit of a pizza snob that was raised in New Jersey, I like to think of myself as knowing good pizza. I was pretty apprehensive when a customer recommended we have lunch here, but I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. The pizza has a nice blend of dough, sauce, cheese and spices. The flavor blends well. While I can appre5topping on my pizza, I like to judge my pizza when it is just a plain slice. Here the pizza did not disappoint. I definitely recommend here.

We did not have any problems: service was swift and the setting is fine. The location was reasonably clean and we got, exactly, what we ordered: a large sausage pizza. So why were we not impressed! The sauce is first, it didn't have much flavor. Second, the sausage was different (like a long sausage sliced thin); we just didn't like it. Third, it was kind of salty tasting (maybe the sausage?). On the positive side, I will give the crust a nice nod as it has some crispness. I make a lot of pizzas at home and my homemade pizzas are every bit as good. The only location in Tri Cities I like better than mine is Raffael's. You may disagree, and that is fine, but, for our palate, we will not return.
