After about 25 minutes, an employee finally came out with another car's order and my milkshake--only to hand my shake to the other car by mistake. At that point, I couldn't wait another 25 minutes, so I just drove off. There went my excitement for a half-price milkshake. Really disappointing experience.

A gentleman came out, with a bowl of rice saying this should be better for you. I don't know if he was a manager or an assistant manager. He was wearing a shirt and tie. I didn't see his name tag and he did not introduce himself. The rice was very hot and it was worse than the rice that was originally served to me. Taylor had come to our table at that time asking how the rice was and I said it was it's worse than the first time so she said well any other side you want just let me know so I ordered the mashed potatoes. Taylor brought me out a bowl of mashed potatoes. You could see the steam coming from the bowl. they were so hot even the bowl was hot so that tells me they were just thrown into the microwave. They were completely disgusting. I put them in a to go container. My husband tried the potatoes later that night and he also said they were disgusting. He wasn't too fond of his meal either. He had the pasta with chicken and andouille sausage, he said it was just ok. When we came into the restaurant, I noticed that it wasn't very busy like an Applebee's usually is but considering it was after lunchtime, I wasn't too concerned about it and maybe I should've been. I will never eat there again. I will never give them another chance. I don't know what happened to Applebee's, but it has just gone straight to the toilet.. Everything was fixed perfectly. I got the half fries and half onion rings, they were perfect, there wasn't just fries or just onion rings. It was a 1/2 and half the sandwiches were excellent. I ordered mine without pickle and tomato perfectly fixed perfectly. They were not sloppy and messy. Obviously, everything is currently takeout and the place was a little busy at the drive-through. Nontheless we ordered 2 impossible burgers and a large fries. The burgers were quite nice although obviously pre-prepared (they were a little cooler than they should have been). But the fries were bloody awful. Good fries are a staple of the burger joints and there can be no compromise on quality or else genuinely good reviewers, who detest writing bad reviews, will step up to the line. Here I am! Your fries were cold, greasy, rubbery and, by all usual criteria, were inedible. Knowing that your customers will be on the highway and unable to easily come back to complain about crappy fare is no excuse to provide sub-par food in the first place. The burgers would have been brilliant if they had been hotter, but today, you provided fries that should have been in the garbage bin rather than my lap in the front of the truck.
