The bartender suggested a watermelon wheat beer after asking what kind I normally drink, and it was a perfect pick for me. Loved it! The beer was cold and refreshing. The food was fantastic. We ordered the pulled pork platter. The food came out so fast, we were shocked. It was hot and delicious. Tender, flavorful bbq, with two sauces both of which were very flavorful. My husband's baked beans were so tasty, I wish I had ordered some. The cole slaw was definitely made in house and was some of the best I've had in a while. Will definitely put this place on our list to stop again when we are passing through.

The "salad" on top of the meat cheese isn't a wow factor anymore. I used to love getting a number five made Mike's way, on their original (white) bread. But yesterday that sandwich was a sad representation of the sandwich they used to made and serve. No signage telling where to order. We just walked up to the counter as there were three or four employees between the work station and the cash register. We placed our order and had to keep answering the same questions about what we wanted on our sandwich. They were not busy and we were the only ones placing an order. Then we had to ASK to have our sandwich cut. That used to be something they always did. When did that change? The dining area looked clean and has a few tables/booths. The usual surfer photos and such to make it look like the Jersey Shore. Unfortunately, my favorite sandwich shop is no longer my favorite. Maybe this location is different than other Jersey Mike's?

I was told that my order was sent to the drive-thru side, and that it was a smaller order. I guess coming in and ordering for 2 means you go to the end. The young lady who gave me my order apologized when I asked if I did something wrong and told me the "reasons" it took so long. The app needs to let you pick a time for pickup so that the order is ready. To have someone arrive and get their food as fast as ordering at the location makes no sense.

I had nothing said to me until I stopped her to ask if that was my order that she was carrying out and she asked me what I had. I told her and she said "oh no" and went back behind the counter. She scrambled, dropped fries in the bag and had another lady hand it to me. The fries that I got were COLD. No apology or anything. Oh but they did throw this coupon in the bag, which is just for a single small item AND it's expired. Nothing comparable to the $13 I paid for my food. Doesn't do any good to do the receipt review either because corporate doesn't even look at them or respond. If you're thinking "I'll go here because it's closer" just make the extra drive and go to stone drive location. Or better yet... just avoid Arby's altogether.... Way overpriced for the quality and service.

I ordered on the kiosk and they made the order incorrectly. As soon as I brought up my issue, he became defensive and told me to leave the store! The staff in the kitchen looked embarrassed. All managers should at least listen to the customer, and fix the problem, or at least present themselves in a professional manner at all times. I am contacting Corporate to recommend some training since this small issue could have been diffused and handled in a more consumer friendly manner. Weather the establishment is fast food or an expensive restaurant, customers should be treated with respect, as we should also respect the staff.

The food was not correct and not terrible and not great. Just ordered there again (2025) thinking that they cannot still be in business and still be that bad. I stand corrected. I tried to DoorDash again and not terrible, not great. I was shorted 4 tenders, they were not tossed in sauce as ordered. They forgot my gallon of tea. The loaded tots were pathetic. This place does not seem to care about what they are putting out there at all. I would not recommend ordering from this place to anyone. Keep your money, or if you are really n a hankering for hot food. Go to Buffalo Wild Wings. Hell, Prince;s chicken is 150% better. I will NEVER be back here!!

For those who like deliver please order through Grubhub. They were reliable unlike Doordash who canceled our order, and we are still waiting for that refund back. Why is this food so good? Well one word- it's fresh. It's also affordable and the portion size is incredibly big. I was beyond impressed by how hot the food was when it came. I even adored their reusable bags, and they way the food was bagged. When it came down to the eating part, I was pleased by how delicious the food was. The cheese on my tots wasn't fake nor 'a small portion'. It had enough cheese and it was well placed on the tots. I also enjoyed how I was able to receive plain chicken tenders, I'm not a big flavor person, so plain tenders is my go to. And they made it perfect, even after thirty minutes of watching the television my food was still delicious. I'm a slow eater and I'm happy to say the food stayed room temperature the whole time. Now on my husband's meal he got the jalapeños & tomatoes cheesy fries and Kickin' bourbon chicken tenders. He said the tenders weren't really spicy, more sweet than he thought but still delicious. The moment pulling the food out from the bag we were welcomed by it's smell. It looked very tasty and it was so much food he's going to save it for later. Overall I was very happy with our purchase at this restaurant, I loved watching the app tell us how far along the food was and which way the driver went to get to us. I will also be saving this restaurant so I can order again! This is overall worth the purchase and the patiences when it comes to receiving the food. Hopefully in the future I will get to visit the actual location to get the vibe of it. But other than that, I was truly pleased with my order and the food. Thank you for the amazing work and keep it up.! You just got a lifetime customer right here.
