Most of the time the order still isn't ready or it's wrong. Very often something is left out and they very often cite "technical issues". "Technically" the workers are the only consistent issue. Again, today, I went in and they had one of two drinks ready, the hot food was ready, but had to wait for someone to acknowledge me before I could get the other donut. Got told technical issues and it would be at least 5 minutes before my other drink was ready. Said the ticket didn't print. It say "drink 1 of 2" on the sticker on my cup. Went back through after church to get the drink replaced that I didn't have time to wait on after having placed the order 15 minutes prior to pickup, and it's just watered down coffee with milk. (Was suppose to be a frozen mocha). The mocha wasn't even in the room when this was made. So my $6 drink went in the trash after they failed to make it. Even when I did got through drive through to get it, the girl that made it took 5-7 business days to get the cup to the window and put a lid on it. Honestly, wouldn't be surprised if that location closes, soon.
