(The staff blames it on a lack of communication from corporate, but I've not experienced this issue in East Kingsport, Piney Flats, Jonesborough, Elizabethton, either Morristown store OR any of the Knoxville stores.) This place was very clean as most all McDonalds are. Everyone was nice and friendly. My main goal to stopping here was food and to try the new fresh meat burger they had been advertising. Results..........the new burger was juicer, and I think it tasted a little better. Actually some juice dripped on my napkin. Improvements that would be welcomed would be to be more generous with the tomato and lettuce.

Not handicapped-friendly since the remodel. If you are wheelchair-bound and cannot bend yourself…read moreinto acrobatic positions, there is no way you can get toilet paper off that holder. I don't know who thought it was a good idea to put the darn thing 18" from the floor, but it is NOT user-friendly! More problems since the remodel: Because the third drive-thru window is so close to the second, if a car is waiting there, the car at the second window must either back up to get out or is trapped by cars behind it until the car at the waiting window leaves. Sorta defeats the purpose of the third window. I'm glad the tv's are gone, but could you turn the music down? Staff are still not friendly and have no patience. And some attention to detail wouldn't hurt, either. I drive on Lynn Garden often, so stop at this one because it's what's available. Having to go in the store after going through the drive-thru because my order was wrong yet again does not actually move things along (although I'm sure the electronic timers look that way) and it does little to improve anyone's day.

tl;dr: Try! It!…read more This place ranks #1 when it comes to taste, speed, price, and service combined. It doesn't have any indoor or outdoor seating, it's only a drive-through joint. However, what it lacks in seating it makes up in everything else. We were just passing by Tennessee and read this was the go-to local burger place and we decided to give it a try. The service is great, and the line goes amazingly fast. I tried the Big Pal burger combo with fries after a long drive for under $8 and let me tell you - it is legit. The burger doesn't try to be anything fancy or creative, and it doesn't have to. It's perfect just as it is. The fries could be compared to the McD's ones in taste, but a bit crispier and thinner. I thoroughly enjoyed both items and urge you to give this place a try if you get the chance.
