Just ask for their sugar-free syrup options (they have four). Quick friendly service for when you are on the go and want some delicious coffee. We ordered two hot lattes: Sugar-free caramel Sugar-free hazelnut Both are good and not too hot, but drinkable right away. Their hazelnut is my favorite with absolutely no aftertaste. Clean parking lot and nice drive through lane leading up to the pick up window.

I ordered an oreo blender and after we left the drive thru and got down the road a little ways I tried to drink it but very little would come thru the straw and I told my wife boy you weren't kidding they do make these thick. Well finally some started to come thru the straw and there were large pieces of ice which is unusual because their blenders are usually very smooth. When I got to the bottom of the cup there was about an eight of a cup of half inch square pieces of ice that never got blended also my cup had a split in it. I contacted the owner to see if I could get a refund on Feb. 7th. The owner contacted me only after my coworker whose wife knows the owner mentioned it to her. She asked for a receipt which I provided, but didn't hear back from her so I contacted her again and she asked for my phone number and email address which I provided. Again didn't here from her so I contacted her again and she told me that she had refunded my money and that I should check my spam or junk email folder which I did. I contacted her and told her that I didn't receive anything via email and there was no credit on the Scooters app and no money placed back on my card. She told me that she would look into it and that I should give her 24 to 48 hours. I started this process on Feb.7th and now it was March 10th, so I told her to forget about it and that's exactly what she did.

Not only did they have a great selection of espresso beans, the barista was happy to educate me on the different options. I also got a dark chocolate bar made in Asheville that was absolutely fantastic! My hot Cortado to go was delicious and high on the caffeine side. (My favorite!!) There is adequate seating for studying, working, or chatting with friends and the atmosphere is warm and relaxing with good WiFi. They have several family style restrooms that are easy to access. The only challenge is that parking can be difficult, but it's inner city....what did I expect? The barista was super fast and had an amazing attitude. I will 100% be back!

The staff was generally friendly, and they engaged some of the customers in brief conversation. The interior was decorated as uniquely as some of their donuts. It looked like a fun place to simply hang out and enjoy a couple of donuts. Overall, they have a very creative and eclectic variety of donuts. I would definitely consider returning the next time I'm in Asheville. Cheers
