There's a decent amount of seating, however, it consists of mostly hard chairs. They have about four softer lounge chairs for you to sit in. They keep this location, pretty clean, and it's a great place to come study. Parking is plentiful out front in a shared parking lot with other storefronts. Coffee is pretty good.
