On May 26, 2024, it took forever to get a staff member to give us a sample or two of ice cream flavors. They seemed annoyed we wanted to try a flavor and wanted to rush us to order. The Butterfinger ice cream I ended up getting had a weird banana taste to it, the cone was stale, and I've felt funny since I ate it. We've tried baked goods too. They were okay but unspectacular. Some of the items, like cheesecake slices, are overpriced when compared to the same type selections at other dessert shops in our region. The space is big and includes an outdoor seating area, but none of it is that inviting. Sometimes there appear to be staff members' kids or siblings wandering around and laughing judgmentally and creepily. The whole vibe is just odd, and after a few visits the place just disappoints.
