What a mess! My husband ordered a sub in the app yesterday and then went to pick it up. The sandwich was so messed up it wasn't even edible. For one, the bread was hard and completely stale. For two, the order was SO wrong. We ordered pepper jack cheese, we got provolone. We ordered extra tomatoes, we got 2 tiny pieces. We ordered cucumber and mayo and extra pickles, there was none of any of those. When I tried to call and complain, the phone # printed on the receipt wasn't valid, and said it was disconnected. Next, I will be going to Subway web site to file a complaint and try to get out money back. read more

I used to work at this Subway location approx 2 years ago, and I'm concerned about its current state. Although I'm no longer employed there, I wanted to bring some issues to someone's attention. It always seems to be understaffed and frequently runs out of coke products and some menu items. The employees appear to be under a lot of stress due to poor treatment from their manager. This is not the Subway experience I remember. I used to enjoy going to Subway, it's seems to me that they can not retain employees because everytime I visit there are always someone new working. From my experience with Subway I never experienced store managers berating employees in front of me and other customers. I think the employees do just fine. I have fond memories working for Subway it has definitely taken a turn for the worst at this location. read more

I pulled up to the drive-through today, The sign on the building was lit up and said drive-through open, when I went up to the order screen I saw that it was black with writing on it so I assumed it must've broken and they might not of known yet. I hit the silver help button on the screen and waited there. I should mention that the silver help button makes a noise inside the store and there's also a camera that they can see who's at the order screen. But after sitting there for a few minutes no one came to help me so I pulled up to the window and called the store. No one answered the store phone, I called the store phone a second time and no one answered. I was just not dressed adequately for being out in public, as I had only gotten out of bed in my PJs to take someone home which is why I wanted to go somewhere with the drive-through. But since no one was answering and all the lights in the store were on and it said open, I went inside. There was a brunette woman making a few subs on the counter and I said "hey is your drive-through open" and she says "oh no it's broken." I said "I noticed the screen was down but there's no sign out there saying that, so I didn't know if you guys knew yet and your drive-through sign is still on." She said " I put a sign out there this morning" in a very rude tone. And I politely said "well it must've flown off, but I did press the help button, which when I pulled up to the window I could hear the beeping coming from inside, and I called the store twice to try to order that way." she said "I was going to come help you when she was done making the bigger order." I said "as a customer how was I supposed to know that. I waited over eight minutes in the drive-through doing everything a customer can do calling and hitting help. Even if you were busy and had an order before me you still should've answered the store phone, (*cause she had no way of knowing that the phone and help button situation were connected, it could've been another customer lost from the missed calls,*) and came to the window and said I'll be with you in just a minute. I said it all very calmly and was never outright rude to her, I hate being a Karen. The lady took up a harsh tone with me and stated that it was her birthday and she's doing everything in the store, I am sympathetic as a person who's worked in fast food since I was 16, however with that said I also know you still have to be nice and acknowledge customers who are waiting to order and answer the store phone. All it would've taken for me to have a good experience today was for her to do her job. Either answer the help button and say I'll be with you in just a minute and I would've patiently waited. Or answered the phone and come to the window so I could place my order. And to just be nice. She did make my sandwich, I still tipped her and left but it was a /horrible excuse for customer service./ read more
