It's chic fil a, so the chicken is always at least good...I eat at the Elizabethton store because I work near it, I eat at the market street store because I live next to it...people's street is the only store that EVERY SINGLE TIME I eat there, the cookies are hard as a rock, & over $2 for a single cookie that is difficult to eat don't feel right to me..I've said something to management, & regular employees to no avail..I'm aware it sounds petty, but I will avoid this store because I want a decent cookie when I eat chic fil a, unfortunately I can't get one at this location read more

This isn't a complaint about the restaurant in specific, this is for chick-fil-a as a whole. The peppermint coffee is insanely awful. Do not get it. It made me open my mouth so wide, I was hoping I would immediately vomit it up. But I did not. The line went by very fast in my option and the food is SUPER fresh I was like omg try is is the best thing I've ever put in my mouth, the vibe was super awesome, and the guy ( Joey) who delivered my food was super funny and really nice. I think chick-fil-a is a great restaurant but it's got a couple of flaws. One thing is that they forgot my straw which I was not very upset about. Went to Chick Fil a on Monday for carry out. I got home and my chicken sandwich was missing. I went back and got it. They gave me two free fries. Really not worth my time On Thursday went again. This time they forgot my my drink. When I went back I ask Calvin the manager what he was going to do to take care of it since it was the second time this week. He said "I don't know" and just stared at me. This chick fil a has never been the same since they tore the old building down and started over. I walked in to this establishment to find a friendly atmosphere. Everything was great until I got to the cash register. I asked to order a hamburger and they look at me like I was a baboon! I have see hundreds of their commercials and all of them feature a cow holding a sign, so of course I immediately thought they sell delicious hamburgers. Mislead into oblivion, I don't even like chicken. Also, the music try play does not have words! I asked an employee about it and they said they legally are not allowed to play the words. So I told them to pass me the aux cord I'm Boutta play some fire instrumentals and they declined my generous offer! I was flabbergasted! Overall I have to give them 2 stars because even though I was very disappointed, the bathrooms were very high tech and impressed me. 2 stars. read more

This much like every other chick-fil-a is a very well run place that is always clean and has consistent quality of food at a very fair price that is served in a very timely manner and organized way. Chick-fil-a really is at the pinnacle of fast food process right now in my opinion they do an awesome job and I also like that they seem to always have high school kids working there which I think is a great first time job for people. I saw something funny there today also where the manager was telling one of the kids that if he didn't want to run the fryer he could always dress up as the cow and stand outside and wave the sign and it's about 20 degrees outside today so they could quickly said that's okay I'll run the fries which i think is hilarious and also awesome to teach young people the fact that you have to work and sometimes you won't like what you have to do. read more

The entrance, parking lot and exit at this particular location (3206 Peoples Street, Johnson City, TN) is very dangerous and a death trap. Both food quality and portion size have seriously declined, yet prices have continued to increase. The drive-thru employees do not listen when a customer places an order. I could not count the number of times my oder has been incorrect. They cannot even get a simple order of an unsweet tea correct, even after bringing this to their attention numerous times....I always get a sweet tea, instead. Most of the time, the food is cold and greasy, like it has been sitting for hours. It is definitely not worth the price, nor the convenience. It is obvious that the marketing director "Connie" and the owner "Tim Burchfield" do not care, as they never properly address customer concerns and complaints. read more

The food is pretty good. Not too oily and lots of veggie/healthy options. The reason for the minus two stars is due to two major downside to this chain establishment. One, the location. This is place is at the worse location ever. There's always heavy traffic, no lights to help with vehicles getting the n and out with ease, and the drivers in this area is rude, they won't let you in or out. The city should really consider placing a light in this area regardless that there's a foirway stop down the road. It's really ridiculous. Second, the drive through line is ALWAYS long and moves by slowly. They have two lanes, but the second one has been closed for a while, causing traffic to back out to ongoing traffic. Ridiculous. Other than these two major issues, I find the food to be pretty tasty. They don't give you condiments unless you ask when going through drive thru. So be sure to ask. The portion size is pretty small, but maybe that's what normal size should actually look like. McDonalds and BK ruined our expectations of normal. Lol Crew members are super friendly and always very happy employees. You guys are doing a great job as a team. Thanks so much for the smiles and friendly service. Every time I go they always forget to give me the sauce I asked for. But I continue to go back. Today I went. I asked for no pickles or lettuce. When I got my sandwich, it had pickles, so I retuned it. They apologized and "fixed it" I park to eat it and the second one had pickles too. I didn't have time to go BACK through the drive-thru a second time so I was stuck eating it. Absolutely ridiculous. I understand mistakes happen, but twice? She even told me she hand checked it to be sure it was exactly how I wanted it. Which was a lie. I live close to this one, but I WON'T be going back. read more

Yummy food and SUPER NICE employees! Drive through is always busy, but it goes fairly quick. I like it when they have the employees taking outdoor orders. I like being able to take my grandson to eat here then play in the playroom. He always enjoys that, especially when the weather isn't so nice. Employees and management staff have always been genuinely friendly and that is a plus to me. Honestly, I've never had mean or stressed out people wait on me here or at any chik filet I've eaten at in any state! (We travel a lot for my husbands business) I can honor that it is closed on Sunday as well. Asked for sauce two times on an order of 3 nugget meals. Two different workers. They promised me it was in the bag. I laughed and said, "well my wife and kids will kill me if it isn't." There is always excellent food and wonderful employees in this clean restaurant. (Ok, sometimes during the lunch rush, when 50 mommies & 2-3 toddlers each have invaded, it can get a little bit chaotic, but the daytime staff gets on top of it quicker than should be expected.) I laugh at myself everytime I go because I hate to mess up the neatly stacked, well stocked ketchup "pouches" - I don't really know what to call them. I'm excited about their new venture with "local coffee farmers." My absolute favorite is the Chicken Tortilla Soup. But they only have it in winter :( read more
