Very unsanitary, I saw the food prep employees handling buns with their bare hands. Floor is very greasy and dirty. Will never go back.

The night shift manager here is the absolute worst. Found some pubic hairs in my fries. Won't ever be back to this dump.

Smokey Seasoned BBQ sauce and a Mustard sauce to dip the pieces of Bologna! Delicious! I have been Dying for the Wings that Zach talked about. They were Amazing! I had the Asian & Raspberry Chipotle. They were cooked to perfection, moist and meaty on the inside and a nice little crispy crunch of the skin. I loved the flavors I choose, and I dipped in Blue Cheese, Yum! My boyfriend had the Pulled Pork sandwich on a yummy looking bun with homemade French Fries! I got to taste the Fries and they were perfect! The Pork he said was delicious. We were Sooo Full when we left, but did save a little to go. The Server was very attentive and he was kind. The place inside is really cool! The Bar was covered in coins set in resin very neat. The walls were paneled by strips of wood whisky barrels, really cool! Screens with Sports, good music (not loud) playing on the speakers. We can't wait to go back and try something else yummy!!!! Thanks for the review ZachBites!

We drove from Johnson City to Kingsport one morning looking for something quick, and as always, I trusted my Yelp peeps to point us toward something good. Big As Biscuits & Burgers is tucked inside a gas station but don't let that deter you for a second. These biscuits are no joke. We were originally thinking of a sit-down breakfast, but my partner is a full-blown biscuit enthusiast. If we see biscuits, we try the biscuits. So we stopped in, and the woman behind the counter was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We grabbed a ginormous biscuit for just over $3. She had all the single-serve jams and jellies ready to go, which I appreciated. We took it back to the car to eat. First impression: this thing requires two hands. It's massive. She had already sliced it for us, and when I opened it up, you could see the buttery pockets where it melted into the dough while baking. It wasn't ultra-layered and flaky like a laminated biscuit, but it was perfectly soft on the inside with a beautiful crunch on the outside. The flavor was spot on!!! Soft, warm, buttery and comforting. We added a little jam, though honestly it didn't even need butter. It was that good. If you're looking for a quick, satisfying bite that will absolutely fill your belly, stop at Big As Biscuits & Burgers. We're already talking about grabbing a few more to bring back to the hotel before we leave town. Sometimes the best finds are inside a gas station and sometimes a biscuit really can make your morning.

Not because they are big since you expect that from the name but because they are right. Crisp buttery crust and fluffy yet moist interior. 60% of biscuits in the world are failures due to a dry interior. Another 20% fail for being too dense and wet, cakey instead of fluffy. Big As Biscuit does it right and nails the texture. The breakfast biscuit offerings are fast food like but definitely a step up from the nat'l chains. The variety is astounding and I imagine almost everyone can get one exactly as they want. The burgers: Don't try to get one on Saturday. Sadly I was told they don't prep them on Saturday. The rest of the week though the burgers are worth the drive for a lunch if you're within striking distance. It's a good size and the fixins are fresh. It's been awhile since I had one so I'm short on details. I remember enjoying it though and ranking it above any fast food burger. I did try to get another one last Saturday so obviously I'd go back for one. I got a steak biscuit instead. It was a very thin food service chicken fried steak. Half its thickness was breading. It was good eaten alone. Inside of a biscuit though it was basically a mouthful of bread. The eggs also were a food service product I think. Two homogeneous pale yellow egg pucks were on my steak biscuit. A little institutional but they tasted ok. I wouldn't get the steak biscuit again as it's too bready but I am looking forward to trying a sausage or ham biscuit. Either way with the size of the biscuit it's a lot of food. I don't imagine there's too many of us that would want two for breakfast I can legitimately recommend you give this place a try. It's good food and plenty of it.

Our order was so messed up and they continued to get it wrong. The bad thing is...I placed my order on the app. All they had to do was read and give us what I ordered. I was also informed directly that they have rats, just resting making a home in the ceiling. Yeah that's not exactly what I would consider a good place to eat my meal. That sounds like an OSHA violation waiting to happen. I also got some inside information from a couple of former employees. This establishment makes their employees work in the midst of a national emergency. And when I say National Emergency I'm talking on the level of all locations start shutting down because it's dangerous to be out and about. This location still makes their employees work in the middle of that when this place is a dying business to begin with. You are not the waffle house. Arby's is not a location where the joke is if they are closed you know it's too late. This is a small-time business that probably is on the verge of shutting down permanently due to lack of business with mid food at best. Of which is overpriced as it is. If you want an actually good Arby's you need to go further down the road to the downtown area. I've also gotten inside information from some former employees that they tend to starve their employees for hours meaning given that the cost of living is too expensive as it is you're probably going to need to get a second job if you work here just to be able to afford the cost of living. UPDATE: 11/22/24 I got some juicy inside information from one of the employees of Arby's for this one. It's always nice to get a little help from the inside to get the full story. I'm not gonna mention them by name, but thanks to the person who gave me this intel. So apparently on Monday 11/18/24, a single the lobby and part of the kitchen was flooded by a single rat biting a hole in one of the coke machines. This wasn't discovered until Monday Morning by the manager Amy, of whom what opening that day around 10 am. So my guess is it happened Sunday night after close. To elaborate, there was water across the Dining Room and even part of the Kitchen. It took them till 4 PM to clean this mess up completely. Let me just say, this isn't the first time I've been informed about a rodent issue in this establishment. Not too long ago this year, the manager at the time blabbed there was a Baby Possum in the store at the same time rats were nestled inside the room. Now you're telling me a rat caused a flood? Now I don't know about you, but the last thing I want to know about an establishment I'm being served food at is there's a rat issue. That's a massive sanitary issue and should REALLY be reported to both the Health Inspector and Corporate. Which I shall be doing Posthaste! Don't eat here! Odds are the food has been contaminated! I mean 9 times out of 10 the food is bland and not fresh as is...
