Let me start off by saying that the place was clean, and food looked and tasted pretty good. The staff (or ownership/management) on the other hand...not so friendly. We walked in on a Sunday at 7:08pm (door stated they closed at 8pm) but it looked as though they were going to close early so I asked if they were getting ready to close because we would have been fine going somewhere else (no issue), but they said (with a bit of attitude) they were closing in 20 minutes, so we ordered and took our food to go and ate outside. They did not close at 7:30pm but stayed open. Needless to say, that will be the last visit to that particular Subway location. read more

We frequented the subway and had many business lunches along with when we worked late such as this evening we would get a large order from this establishment. I sent one of my employees out and he was turned away from a $200 order after having a shouting match with the woman behind the counter. The time it took them to finish shouting at one another about him wearing a mask she could've taken the order and asked him to simply wait outside as they are not busy. Instead I told my employee to take our order across the street to Chick-fil-A. It was exceptionally busy with the line out the street after being wrapped around the building twice. I recommend going to this establishment even the people behind the register our cheerful. PS. The fight started because my employee said we were not returning until they change the policy on the mask and the woman behind the counter told instead to never to come back. read more

My wife ordered 3 sandwiches ahead of time, and they never put the sandwiches in the fridge. Then when we asked for 3 new sandwiches to be made. They charged us again. We paid $60 for 3 sandwiches because we had to rebuy. I will never eat here again. read more

The food was good, although the employees were a bit heavy with the chipotle sauce. There was only one other customer and we got our food pretty quickly. The facility looked clean. I asked for a cup for tap water to go with my sandwich. The young woman working there turned her back to me and ignored me when I said this. When I paid for the food, I asked again for a cup for tap water, and the same employee smirked and said, "The water machine is broken. Would you like to order something else?" I said no and continued my trip pretty thirsty. I didn't risk buying anything to drink from any store nearby in case it had the same owners. First, it's a bad sign if there's no source of clean water in the whole restaurant. (There was no option for it in the drink machine.) Of course, I would have left if I had actually believed that to be true. Second, "The water machine is broken" was an obvious lie, and I don't appreciate being lied to like that. The employees were cheapskates who refused to allow a customer tap water for the sake of making an additional sale. This was rude and unprofessional, and the lie was so blatant as to be insulting. If they don't allow customers to get free tap water (which I would understand), they should have simply said so and been honest about it. I travel by this location often, and I will not be returning to this Subway or likely even taking its interstate exit for food or gas as a result of this incident. read more

Although my half of a sub was good, the girl was very reserved on adding the veggie toppings, even when I asked for more. My mother in law got a chopped salad and it was maybe half full when she got it. I'm really not sure what this Subways issue is with giving out lettuce and such, but that definitely needs to change. read more

Several groups came in to the Subway counter after I had already been standing at the Auntie Anne's counter for 5 minutes. Every employee continued to glance at me and continue putting on gloves to help people who came in after me at the Subway counter with no one coming over to help at the other counter. I finally just left. Both employees made eye contact with me more than once and continued to blatantly ignore me. read more

Don't make the same mistake I made! If you get a sub to go you better watch as they make it, otherwise you'll get home and have to decide whether you want to drive back up there or just deal with what you got. I ordered a toasted roast beef and cheese on honey wheat with double meat, double cheese, and extra mayo. They gave me double roast beef on a honey wheat roll, there was a small squirt of mayo on one half but zero cheese, and a pinch of cheese on the on the other half but zero mayo. The meat was so dry, it was actually hard to swallow without drinking something. I'm not a whiner or a complainer, but it made me angry enough to write this review. Well ordered a foot long cold cut and the place was dead... I see why. Idk what subway has for cold cut meat but it is less than it used to have... looks like 2 kinds of single very thin slice meats on sub. And it only took up about 3/4th of sub roll!! 3 half slices of cheese too? I guess to leave the 1/4 of sub empty... I don't care to pay 6 dollars for a sub roll and spinach.
