This Subway deserves 5 stars because... - It smells amazing in there! - Although I didn't eat in, the place looked clean and well stocked. - The employees greet you upon entering and are very nice and friendly throughout the whole transaction. And unlike other Subways... - They give a generous portion of veggies, which is quite awesome. I wasn't sure my sandwich was gonna close! - They are the only location to automatically wrap a foot long separately!! This is important because I always feel bad about asking them to wrap it separately, but it was done before I even mentioned it. - Because I feel bad about asking to wrap my sandwiches separately, I always leave a tip. However, at this location, I left a tip because I was truly a satisfied customer rather than feeling like I ask too much of them. - Umm, their bag of Cheetos tasted fresh?! I'm serious... But now you probably think I'm crazy. Why I can't give them 5 stars... - The meatball tasted different than ones I've had at other Subways. It didn't taste better, but it wasn't completely awful. - And the main reason I can't give them 5 stars: I had a stomach ache after eating the first half of the sub. And then I had another stomach ache after eating the second half. Sad, but I'll still totally come back and give this place another try. For my first time at this location, I am very impressed! My boyfriend and I were craving for Subway and headed heading towards Mililani. He asked if there was a Subway near by, and I told him about the new location at Mililani Mauka. We were promptly greeted right a way with a cheerful "Welcome to Subway!" when we walked in. We had ordered the foot long Philly Cheesesteak and split it in half. I had asked for (and usually get on our sandwiches) extra lettuce, extra tomatoes, green bell peppers, banana peppers and jalepenos...when I say extra, they really do put extra! To the point where our sandwiches start falling a part and get messy. It was very filling. Also, they pack their foot longs separately without being asked to! Usually we would order a foot long and split it in half with the paper wrap, but it's nice to have it separately so we have our own sandwiches and it's less messy since we have our own paper wrap. And yay for free refills! Will be coming back again if I'm around the area craving for Subway; it's a convenient location, next to the Wahiawa one! read more

Sandwiches out of this location are pretty good, they aren't really generous with vegetables here though and sometimes the staff needs to pay better attention to what you're saying. You kind of get the feeling that they are ignoring you sometimes. When it's all said and done it's a pretty underwhelming location just like all the Mililani shops, it's almost like they're all run by the same person. read more

I called this Subway last Saturday to place an order for a sandwich platter. I wasn't aware that they usually ask for 24 hour advance notice. I needed it within the hour - oops! Despite the extremely short notice, they pulled through. They were very accommodating and did not make me feel like I was causing them any problems with such short notice. They even finished the platter a little earlier and gave me a courtesy call to let me know it was ready to be picked up. That's above and beyond! When I went to pick up the platter they were friendly and very thankful for my business. This truly stood out for me as far as customer service goes and I appreciate it. The order itself was perfect and the condiments were neatly packed. Friendly staff, but not very speedy. The last three times I have gone - all before 7pm, they only had flatbread. They were losing plenty of customers because of it, including me. I will probably stop checking to see if they have bread, and just go to a different location from now on. read more

Do not go here. I found hair in my salad . The manager refuses to wear a hair net to prevent hair from getting into people's food . I was cursed out by one of the employees because I ask for her to put on a hair net. RUDE STAFF DO NOT GO HERE . read more

Had two footlongs here tonight, which were good. The people making the sandwiches were friendly, but the cashier, Daisey was a grumpy little sourpuss. I was picking chips while the atm machine read my card and the machine started beeping 'you can go ahead and take your card out' she said grumpily. My husband saw her roll her eyes. I asked for extra napkins and she sighed and said grouchily 'there are extra napkins already in the bag but I'll put more'. We had 3 napkins total. No greeting no thank you from her. Then she slammed around the dining room mad cause she had to clean. If you're going to be working with the public face to face, leave your problems and bad attitide at home. read more

Went in to place an order for 6 sandwiches. 6 sandwiches for 6 people. Have never had a problem with this in the past. This time, employee with attitude told me that I have to call first because it was a large order and they had to make sure they had enough bread. Ok... they seemed a bit busy so I ran a couple of errands before I called. They pick up (without saying anything) and then hang up the phone. Try to call again. No answer. I would like to believe that this is a problem with their phone system, but if you are going to require a customer to call in an order... you might want to make sure your phone system works. This Subway was fantastic when they first opened but I noticed their service has gone down the toilet. Maybe it is the new employees they have hired. I know that customer service jobs often suck but you could turn down the attitude while you're at work or maybe just call in if you're having a bad day. Thank goodness there are two other Subways nearby (by 24 hour fitness and by Safeway). Much nicer employees and overall experience. read more

This is the slowest subway i have ever been to. 4 workers on the floor and only one of the workers that came from the back decides to help me. Not only do they cut their breads open so slow they also put toppngs on it like i have all the time in the world.and how many times do i have ti repeat myself on what i want if you are not ready to memorize my toppings then dont ask me only to ask me again. Ordered a sandwich online. When I got there worker said my order was not received. I showed her my confirmation email in my phone. Worker said she needed to make a call to confirm. In the mean time. she assisted other customers for 30 minutes and then told me that she did not receive a call back. She then asked me if my credit card was charged because they were having problems with their app. I did not have access to my credit card on my phone at that time. The verification email from subway had a payment confirmation with a confirmation number. Worker said she could not do anything and said that they were having problems with their online orders all day. I left the store after realizing that the worker would not fulfill my order. When I got home I logged into my credit card account and saw that I was charged with the purchase. Customer service needs to improve! It's not like I went there to rip them off of $10.47! I don't think i needed to confirm my purchase with proof of my credit card being charged when the subway email confirmed my purchase! read more

Guess what happen today?? I rescued the farewell office party - due to poor planning by my fellow employees. On June 28, 2016 - I walked into this Subway and asked if they could put together not one -but two of those jumbo platters to go. Normally the Subway people would like 24 hours notice on an order of that magnitude - but not the undaunted Nikki and Helen - who jumped into action -and in a blink of an eye had two platters ready -complete with the fixins' and napkins. A performance like this -is something people talk about - and before you know it- this Subway is high on everyone's list!!! I certainly hope the owner recognizes the people performing stellar work at their establishment! I don't know the workers there - and it's the first time I ever walked into the place- but let me tell you these people ROCK!!! And the sandwiches were fantastic!!! I love subway. I swear I could be Jared in another life. I love this location close to my work and home. They are sometimes busy but for the most part they are good to go. My only downfall is they sometimes toast my sub to short and by the time I get home it is Cold otherwise pretty good. It may seem ridiculous to write a review about a Subway shop, but this particular store has good service. Normally when I see a long line at a fast food place, I just walk out and go somewhere else. After all, I'm just looking for fast food. On several occasions I've visited this store and it was a bit crowded, but I had a parking space and I was too tired to look for an alternate source for lunch. During these busy times, the staff expertly handled their lunchtime crowd and the wait was surprisingly minimal. My hats off to you guys. read more
